摘要
T 汽车零部件公司发展战略研究
进入 21 世纪以来,人们生活水平的提高客观上带动了中国的汽车行业飞速发展,
作为整车行业基础的汽车零部件市场也一同进入了快速发展的阶段。有数据表明,近
五年来国内汽车零部件的最高年产量平均增长速度已经超过了 20%,单就增长速度来
看,它比我们国家当年 GDP 增长比例的二倍还多。而近年来,虽然汽车零部件发展的
速度有所放缓,但是中国的 GDP 和居民(人均)可支配收入仍处于增长的趋势,这说明
在未来,我国的汽车行业仍然会以一个较高的速度持续增长,有专家预测,新世纪起
初的 20 年,必然是中国汽车市场的一个快速发展时期,这种快速增长不会在短期内结
束,并且专家断言该行业每年的增长速度都不会低于 GDP 的 2 倍。而我们汽车配件行
业的发展和汽车市场的发展极为相似。T 汽车零部件公司是一家中美合资企业,该公
司主要从事的是汽车排气系统(也就是排气管)的生产。排气系统的市场竞争十分激烈,
如何定位发展战略,如何制定发展策略,将是所有汽车零件公司都要面临的巨大挑战

为了能够在这严峻的市场竞争中胜出,同时抓住快速发展的社会经济背景下的机遇,
进一步扩大市场份额,T 汽车零件公司必须致力于提升其公司的核心竞争力,在公司
现有条件下积极探索,大胆实践,寻找可持续发展的道路

我的论文主要内容分为以下几部分:第一部分,是对于汽车零部件行业的研究背
景和研究意义的粗略分析,主要介绍一些相关的理论和汽车零部件行业发展的历史;
第二部分,我对汽车排气系统行业的发展态势做出了大胆的预测,同时详细地阐述了 T
汽车零部件公司外部的实际环境,面临的市场机会和同行业其他公司的威胁;第三部
分,分析了现有条件下,T 汽车零部件公司所掌握的资源和实际能发展的能力,客观
的对 T 公司本身的优势和劣势做出正确的判断。只有充分了解自身的优势和劣势后,T
公司才可以扬长避短,利用自身的优势取得更大成就;第四部分,在经过以上三部分
的精准预测和严密模型推理后,初步拟定计划,制定了 T 汽车零部件公司的未来 5 年
发展目标和市场攻守战略;第五部分,对第四部分的 T 公司市场发展战略的实施方式
和实施该战略的具体保障措施做出细致规划,以确保发展策略的可操作性、可实现性。II
文中还引用了罗兰贝格管理咨询公司专家团队制作的评价表格数据。该评价表格
采用了专家经验法等制作而成,打分当中采用专家团队和 T 公司管理团队共同打分取
均值的方法最后得出结论。本文也采用管理咨询公司的结论作为论据,制定适合 T 公
司的战略。同样,这个论文也对其他的汽车排气系统公司同样受用

Study on T Auto Parts Company Development Strategy

condition of at least for now, T auto parts companies have the resources and the actual can
achieve the ability, the objective of T correctly the company&39;s own advantages and
disadvantages of analysis, when the basic knowledge of the advantages of T auto parts
company, T companies can foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, using its ownIV
advantage invincible;The fourth part, through the above three parts of accurate prediction
and rigorous reasoning model, plan, formulated the T auto parts company&39;s development
goals in the next five years and the market advances strategies;The fifth part, the fourth part
of the implement method of T companies market development strategy and implementing

This paper collected many car exhaust systems the data of the industry, and the external
market environment facing T companies and trade competitiveness of condition to conduct a

evaluation matrix, and to analyze the status quo and suitable for T of the company&39;s strategy.
Also this paper companies are also useful for other car exhaust system.
