本文以 L 公司为研究案例,立足于国家信息化建设,借助 PEST 环境分析、波
特五力模型和 SWOT 模型分析了 L 公司的发展现状、发展问题,同时综合实际发展
情况和发展思路,提出了适宜 L 公司发展战略提升的战略类型,同时制定出了相
应的实施保障方案。希望本文的研究有助于 L 公司在行业内的准确定位,实现公
司的突破发展,推动该公司发展战略的顺利实施。希望本文的研究为 L 公司实现
发展战略升级提供重要的参考信息,同时也希望本文的研究对该领域的研究贡献
微薄的学术价值

Abstract
According to the data, in recent years the rapid development of electronic
information industry in our country, no matter from the quantity or quality of dramatic
changes have taken place. Mainly reflected in the quantity of the number of electronic
information enterprises growing, increasing electronic information user groups;
Qualitative change is in the electronic information services, and constantly improve the
quality of electronic products, through a variety of ways and forms to meet the
requirements of electronic information consumers. L company is a famous electronic
information enterprises in China and in the process of China&39;s electronic information
industry development contribution out of the an indelible role and influence, and with
China&39;s electronic information industry quickly found that L company constantly change
development strategy, strive to change the external environment and internal factors of
its own in the rapid development of electronic information industry.
This paper takes the L company as a case study, based on the national
informatization construction, with the help of PEST analysis, Potter five forces model
and SWOT model to analyze the L company&39;s development status, development, and
comprehensive development and development ideas, put forward the strategy of
promotion the suitable development strategy of L company, and worked out the
implementation of security programs the corresponding. It is hoped that the research of
this paper will be helpful to the accurate positioning of L company in the industry, to
achieve the company&39;s breakthrough development, and promote the smooth
implementation of the company&39;s development strategy. It is hoped that the research in
this paper can provide important reference information for L company to realize the
upgrade of development strategy.
