业、业态类型、业种等基本概念进行界定,并分析支撑社区商业发展
的基础理论;第三章运用商业网点建设的实地调研数据、网络大数据
等进行社区商业网点的空间布局、商业业态的区位选择、商业业种的
分布区位及分布密度等进行分析,得出了新兴业态发展滞后、网点布
局不均衡、定位不准确、发展模式单一等主要结论;第四章从政策、
区位、经济市场与消费者因素分析了社区商业发展的影响因素及影响
程度;第五章对社区商业网点建设提出了空间布局优化、建设对策及II
保障等相关建议;第六章探讨论现有研究不足与社区商业发展展
望

ABSTRACT
City community business is an important part of the urban business
system, its development to a certain extent, represents the city&39;s economic
and social development and modern civilization. With the continuous
improvement of the quality of urban development and the improvement

be improved. Through the field investigation of Zhuzhou City&39;s
community commercial network, combined with the theory of
community business both at home and abroad, from the perspective of
management, economics, geography, sociology and other disciplines,

analyzes the spatial agglomeration characteristics and comprehensive
influencing factors of community commercial network development, and
provides the theoretical basis for the development of community
commerce, management and operation, and gives the theoretical basis for
