摘要
IT 行业作为后起之秀,在我国经济格局中扮演着越发重要的角色。随着世界经济全
球化的加深,IT 行业中企业间的竞争不断加剧。自身行业特点使得 IT 企业员工的知识
能力成为企业管理者关注的重点。员工如何在工作中不断创新,使企业在竞争中保持核
心竞争力是一项重要的研究内容。同时,从企业内部营销的角度,除了以往工作满意度
的影响因素以外,在工作中获得知识和能力的提升逐渐成为员工工作满意度中不可忽视
的重要因素。因此,论文试图在前人研究的基础上,以 IT 行业员工为研究对象,从企
业知识管理的角度,对 IT 行业员工所具有的企业社会网络结构与知识转移效果之间的
关系进行探讨

论文首先对研究背景、研究意义以及国内外研究现状进行了介绍。以国内外相关研
究成果为基础,对论文研究框架进行了设计,并说明了研究思路、研究内容以及研究方
法;其次,介绍社会网络结构、知识转移效果等相关理论知识;然后,以前人的研究为
基础,提出论文研究的概念模型,并提出 IT 企业员工社会网络结构对知识转移效果具
有正向影响,知识接收意愿和知识吸收能力在影响中具有中介作用等基本假设。为验证
假设,以国内外相关研究为依据,结合研究假设编制了调查量表。通过百度开放云平台
先开展预调查,然后,利用 PASW18.0 对调查数据进行分析,以分析结果对量表进行净
化。以净化后的量表开展正式调查,验证因子分析的结果,对概念模型和实际数据进行
拟合度的检验,并进行了中介效应的检验。通过实证分析,得到相应的研究结论。最后
根据结论,提出包括帮助员工建立有助于知识转移的社会网络结构、多角度提升员工的
知识接受意愿以及关注员工知识吸收能力提升在内的三方面管理建议

Research on the Influence of IT Employee Social Network Structure
on Knowledge Transfer Effect
ABSTRACT
As an up-and-coming industry, IT industry is playing an increasingly important role in
China&39;s economic structure. With the deepening of the economic globalization, the
competition among IT enterprises is becoming fiercer. The characteristics of IT industries
makes the IT enterprises staff&39;s ability for knowledge become the focus of business managers.
It is an important research content that how employees keep innovating in their work to help
their company to maintain the core competence in competition. At the same time, from the
perspective of internal marketing, on the basis of the factors of previous job satisfaction, the
knowledge and ability gained in work has become an important factor that can not be
neglected in employee&39;s job satisfaction. Therefore, this paper choose IT industry employees
as research object, tries to discuss the relationship between the enterprise social network
structure and the effect of knowledge transfer from the perspective of enterprise knowledge
management, which is based on the previous research.
Firstly, the paper introduces the research background, research significance, research
status at home and abroad. Based on the related research results at home and abroad, the paper
designs the basic framework of this article, and introduces the research ideas, research
contents and research methods. Secondly, the paper introduces social network structure,
knowledge transfer effect and other relevant theoretical knowledge. Thirdly, based on
previous studies ,this paper proposes the conceptual model and basic assumptions: four types
of social network structure have positive effects on the knowledge transfer effect, the
willingness to receive knowledge and the absorptive capacity of knowledge have an
intermediary role in the impact. fourthly, in order to verify the hypothesis, the paper develops
a new survey scale based on the relevant research at home and abroad and combined with the
research hypothesis, then carries out pre-survey activities through Baidu cloud platform,
analyzes the data by SPSS18.0 and modifies the scale according to the analysis results. Based
on the results this paper carries out another survey to verify the results of factor analysis and
tests the suitability between the conceptual model and the actual data. In addition to that, the
paper carries out the mediation effect test. Through the empirical analysis, the corresponding
research conclusions are obtained. Finally, according to the conclusion, the paper puts

a social network structure in favor of knowledge transfer, enhance the willingness of
employees to accept the knowledge from multiple angles and pay more attention to promote
the employees ability of knowledge absorptive.

创新点摘要
论文以 IT 企业员工为调研对象,首先展开预调查,通过预调查数据分析对调查量
表进行优化,形成正式问卷。利用结构方程模型进行实证分析,验证概念模型和研究假
设。探讨了 IT 企业员工社会网络结构对其知识转移效果的影响。论文的创新点有:
(1)探讨了 IT 企业员工社会网络结构与知识转移效果之间的关系。在社会资本与
管理学相结合的研究领域,社会网络结构与知识转移效果间的关系研究对象主要为企业
和组织,论文的研究通过借鉴企业社会网络结构与知识转移效果之间的研究,开展了 IT
企业员工社会网络结构对知识转移效果的影响研究,使相关理论的实际应用空间得到了
拓展

(2)通过实证分析,证明了接受意愿和吸收能力在 IT 企业员工社会网络结构对其
知识转移效果影响中起到的中介作用。通过 AMOS21.0 中的中介效应检验功能,对中介
效应假设进行检验,证实接收意愿在 IT 企业员工联结强度、网络范围与知识转移效果
的关系中起中介作用,吸收能力在 IT 企业员工联结强度、网络范围、网络密度及中心
