人员更多的升职空间,在技术培养方面,让其员工更够接触到更多新的技术,为未来
技术的进一步提升做铺垫。而对于私有软件公司的技术人员,薪资的高低关系到他的
去留,所以薪资待遇可适当以其能力做进一步的提高,同时,要有一个团结一气,氛
围良好的工作环境,这样可以为公司留住人才,留住更强的竞争力

ABSTRACT
As a new industry, software industry, which represents the development of a number of
high-tech. The software industry is different from the traditional labor-intensive industry,
which belongs to the knowledge intensive industry. Software companies need to rely on
software technology talents in the rapid development of high-tech industry. In addition, with
the rapid development of the industry, software technology is becoming more and more
scarce, and the frequent flow of software companies, job hopping and other phenomena occur
frequently. Software industry insiders said that the current problems of the software company
is the lack of core technology and intellectual property rights, the two is the existence of a
wide range of technical personnel flow. The two major problem is an important problem
restricting the development of the software company, and the core technology and
independent intellectual property rights of software products are developed by software and
technical personnel, so the technical personnel is the most important factor restricting the
development of the software industry. Influence of technical personnel turnover is the main

In this paper, we choose the technical staff of the state-owned software companies and
private software companies as the research object of this paper, in order to understand the
influence factors and the influence degree of the technical staff satisfaction of the two types of
companies. Through literature research, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, on the
basis of reading the research literature at home and abroad, the construction of software
company technical staff job satisfaction, and job satisfaction and its influencing factors,
through the development of the scale, the questionnaire to collect data analyze what factorsIV
will affect the technical staff of software company job satisfaction. Through the empirical
analysis of the data analysis, the work itself, pay performance, working environment, personal
development, internal management has a positive impact on technical staff job satisfaction. In
the technical staff of state-owned software company job satisfaction and its impact strength
from strong to weak respectively for personal development, internal management,

From the results of this study show that technical staff of state owned software company to
pay attention to the work itself, the performance of technical staff as private software
company so high, technical staff of state-owned software companies pay more attention to
personal occupation in the future development of visible technology state-owned employees
can be satisfied in terms of welfare, more is to pay attention to can more reflect the value of
life work, achieve career dreams. While the private software company employees pay more
attention to the work itself and salary performance, different from the state-owned enterprises,
private enterprises employees more want to work with good pay and better working
environment and atmosphere and rich working content.
The results of the study have a good reference for the domestic software companies and
private software companies to retain technical personnel. The software company wants to
attract and retain talents, for state owned software company should be promoted to the
technical personnel of the company more, in technical training, let the staff have access to
more new technology, to further enhance the technology for the future to pave the way for.
And for the technical personnel of private software company, the salary is closely related to
his future, so the salary may be appropriate to its ability to further improve, at the same time,
there should be a unity of a good atmosphere, working environment, such as the company can
retain talent, retain more competitive.
