阿米巴经营模式有利于整体的核算和成本意识提高，对完善公司的管理机制起着积
极作用，是一种能充分调动全体成员积极主动性、充分形成集体合力的经营体制
因此，本文研究的目的是，通过对引进阿米巴经营模式的企业进行案例分析，为企
业未来制定实施战略提供依据，以优化企业管理、提高企业的竞争力
本文的主要研究对象是中国机械工业第六设计研究院有限公司（以下简称中机
六院）第七工程院引进阿米巴经营模式的具体实践应用过程。根据数据分析和成效
评估工作的研究可知，在引入阿米巴模式后，该公司的经营效果取得了一定可喜的
成果
通过阅读大量国内外相关文献，本文对阿米巴经营模式进行了更深层次的解读；
同时，结合阿米巴经营模式在中机六院第七工程院的实践应用案例，对该模式的优
缺点进行了系统性的研究和分析，并对存在的相应问题提出了相应的改善策略。文
末总结了阿米巴模式在中机六院第七工程院应用过程中的研究成果；同时，对阿米
巴模式今后的发展趋势及研究方向进行了分析展望

Amoeba Operating Model is created by the Kyocera founder Inamori Kazuo, which
is a new kind of business model based on the independent accounting system of small
groups. As the model aims at maximizing the release of the creativity of employees
through the clear separations of different sectors and functional organizations in the
process of running the company, It is also called Amoeba organization. Amoeba
Operating Model benefits the overall accounting, raises the cost consciousness of the
business enterprise whole member, and also plays a positive role in perfecting the
company management mechanism. It is an operation system which can fully inspire the
whole members’ initiative and create a collective effort. Therefore, the aim of the thesis is
to provide enterprises with clues on how to develop and implement strategy for the future
by analyzing the enterprise case which introduced into Amoeba Operating Model,so as to
optimize enterprise’s management system and improve its competitiveness.
The study focuses on the practice of Amoeba Operating Model in the seventh
academy of engineering of SIPPR Engineering Group Co., Ltd (Abbreviated as SIPPR).
According to the analysis of practice data and the study of the evaluation effort , it
can significantly improve the enterprises&39; management results after introducing the
Model.
This paper is not only a more profound interpretation of Amoeba Operating Model
through the extensive related literatures home and abroad, but also systematically
investigates and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Amoeba Operating Model
combined with its practical application cases in the seventh academy of engineering of
SIPPR. And aim at the existing problems some related measures for improvement are also
put forward. At the end of the paper, we conclude the main research results of the practice
of Amoeba Operating Model in the seventh academy of engineering of SIPPR. At
the same time, the further research and development directions of Amoeba Operating
Model are indicated in this paper.

近年来国内企业经营和管理方式几十年来变化发展不大，然而我国的对外输出以
依旧是以廉价劳动力和廉价产品的方式走出国门，大部分是通过粗放型的经验生产模
式和低社会效益的成果对企业进行管理，成效不大。在经济全球化的大环境下，传统
模式管理下的企业发展面临着机遇和挑战并存的局势。纵观国内外，我们能意识到国
内企业与世界市场上的强企大企相比存在着很大差距。国内的企业想要在世界市场上
有立足之地，并必须接受来自世界各个企业的竞争和挑战，思考自身存在的发展问题，
加强企业的经营管理工作，提高企业人员从业素质和服务水平，为企业的转型和发展
构建一条科学的可持续发展道路，促进企业形成创新经营管理发展模式
随着人们生活水平的提高，物价也随之上涨，企业从业者对涨工资的需求不断升
