针对这一问题,本文首先对社会责任这一概念进行界定,同时联系企业的社
会责任、责任评价体系等特点提出员工社会责任的实践方法,在评价体系的设计
和落实均有所创新。根据研究课题对评价体系的建设原则、设计理念、指标划分
及分析方法等,通过建立合理的评价模型来倒逼员工积极践行企业所担负的社会
责任,以此激励员工鲜明的责任意识和实践能力。通过员工个体的社会履责行为
的培养,去切实完成企业整体社会履责目标,将会产生效果实现的增倍效应。这
对于提高企业履行社会责任的整体能力和水平,提升国家电网公司的品牌形象和
质量,促进社会经济和谐、健康、稳步发展,将会是一种非常有益的探索,同时
将会拓宽国家电网公司企业社会责任管理工作的思路
本文以供电企业员工的社会责任履行情况作为研究对象,以建设有效的供电
企业员工社会责任评价方法为研究目标,对应国家电网公司三种程度的履责意愿
划分,新颖地构建起员工社会责任评价体系的准则层面。并且,结合利益相关方
理论,立足于员工“企业职工”和“社会公民”这两种身份,设置了评价体系不
同指标层的相应内容。以层次分析法为主,对不同指标权重进行设定,运用非常
实用的模糊综合评价法构建分析该研究的评价体系模型,通过赋分加权平均法将
等级评价结果转换成较为直观的分值,具有广阔的应用前景和较强的实施意义

Abstract
With a new round reform of Chinese Electric Power industry, the government
functions of power departments gradually disappear and in the recent years, the
Electric nannyimage is gradually formed. Although the social responsibility
management at enterprise level has been carried out for many years, the recognition
of the public about social responsibility performance of State Grid is still insufficient,
there is still a gap between the individual responsibility performance of employee and
social responsibility requirements of the overall enterprise. The fundamental cause of
the problem is that the social responsibility of State Power Grid Corp is deeply rooted
in the sports activities while not to the individual employees, which also leads to the
bottleneck in the social responsibility management. It is clear that the social
responsibility objectives of overall enterprise depend on the responsibility
performance from the individual employees. We can not afford to ignore the dual
features of them as the enterprise single cell and social citizen individual.
Aim at this problem, the concept of employee social responsibility theory is put
forward in the paper. And Combined with the research experience and practical
methods of corporate social responsibility theory and evaluation system, it makes
some innovative design of the employee social responsibility evaluation system in
power supply enterprise. Thorough in-depth exploration and study about the
construction principles, design concepts, index divisions and analysis methods of the
theory, by establishing a reasonable evaluation model to make sure that employees
practice corporate social responsibility actively and motivate employees&39; willingness
and ability to perform their duties. Obviously the overall ability and level of
enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities will develop and the brand image of
Power Grid Corp is enhanced. To some extent, it will also widen the methods about
the corporate social responsibility management of the Power Grid Corp.
This paper takes the social responsibility performance of the employees in
power supply enterprises as the research object, aims at constructing effective
evaluation methods of employee social responsibility in power supply enterprise.
Corresponding to the three levels of the state Power Grid Corp of the willingness to
assume responsibility, we make a new structure of the evaluation system of the staff&39;s
social responsibility criteria level. Based on the stakeholder theory and two identities
of enterprise employees and social citizen of the stuff, we set the specific content
of the evaluation system index layer and determine the proportion of each index by
using the analytic hierarchy process. We also construct the research evaluation model
through fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, and the grade evaluation results are华北电力大学硕士学位论文

converted into a more intuitive score through weighted average method which has
broad application prospects and strong implementation significance.
