每年有成千上万的游客来到智利的百内国家公园（National Park Torres del
Paine）参观游览。靠近公园，有一个名叫纳塔雷斯港的必经小镇。国家公园内的住
宿设施非常昂贵，那些决定留在镇上的游客找到的也都是高价但设施非常简陋的住
地。同时该地区的外语水平也很低。基于此原因，笔者决定分析一手和二手数据，以
评估中端客户对住宿的需求，特别是外国游客，他们需要一个有着良好性价比，更高
服务标准，且国际化的住宿环境

本文首先分析了旅游业的现状和发展趋势，介绍了分析中用到的一些文献资料、
模型和概念。最后涉及其他要点，如公司将要进入的行业和环境，公司的组织架构及
财务计划等

总之，基于财务计划得出的积极数据，并在深入分析了旅游业的发展趋势后，证
实尚有潜在市场有待开发，同时考虑到其他相关因素，如政策支持，客户需求等，本
研究评估此酒店/旅馆计划具备一定的可行性，进入市场后将对智利旅游业的发展产
生积极的影响

Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the success of implementing a
Hotel/Hostel located in the southernmost region of Chile in South America.
Every year, thousands of tourists visit the National Park Torres del Paine (Chile).
Near to the park, an obliged stop is the town of Puerto Natales. Accommodation facilities
inside the park are extremely expensive and those who decide to stay at the town will also
find places with high rates and mostly, very simple facilities. Language proficiency of the
region is also low. For this reason, the author decided to analyze primary and secondary
data in order to assess the need for accommodations addressed to middle end customers,
especially foreigners in need of a good price/quality ratio with higher standards in service
and multinational environment.
The study first analyzes the current situation and tendencies of Tourism, then, some
literature, models and concepts used for analysis in some parts of the project are reviewed.
Finally, some highly important topics，such as the industrial environment in which the
company would be immersed and the structure of the company as well as financial plans,
are examined.
In conclusion, due to positive outcomes obtained from financial projections and after
analyzing in deep growing tendencies in tourism, potential markets still unexplored and
some related issues, such as government policies and customers’needs, the study assess
that the Hotel/Hostel would be a viable project and it would generate a positive impact into
the market ergo encouraging the development of tourism in Chile.
