享客网_在线客栈服务平台的管理创新与启示研究_MBA毕业论文DOC

摘要摘要
移动互联网技术的大力发展与快速普及,加速了对传统客栈服务管理的
改造,本文以“互联网+客栈”的创业企业-享客网为目标案例,重点分析了
客栈在线服务平台的重大意义和构建核心竞争力的路径,同时对比当前国内
外在线服务平台运营情况,提出构建“智慧客栈”和打造完整行业生态的创
新思维。本文主要从五个方面进行了论述:
首先,分析了旅游业的现状和特点,阐述了“互联网+”对传统客栈管理
平台改造的背景和意义,提出了本文的主要观点,明确了研究思路和研究方
法,在此基础上构建出本文的研究框架

其次,提出了与本文相关的概念及理论,包括对创新理论、“互联网+”
等概念阐述、特点分析、现实应用以及对国内旅游产业、客栈、在线服务平
台的现状、特征、未来发展的趋势预判,为后续的“互联网+”对传统客栈管
理的改造分析打下坚实的基础

再次,通过国内外在线服务平台外现状和发展趋势的分析,指出现有客
栈服务平台存在的意义、基本情况和市场特点

然后,通过对目标案例-享客网的建立背景、核心思路和核心竞争力、创
新思路以及潜在的发展风险的详细分析,指出 “互联网+”在线服务平台构
建核心竞争优势的关键控制点和风险点

最后,提出本文主要结论、分析中存在的不足以及未来研究展望

通过综合研究和分析,作者总结出以下结论:
传统客栈业升级改造势在必行,“互联网+”成为关键推动力。经济的发
展推动了旅游业的持续增长,游客多样化的需求使得独具特色的客栈成为景
区的核心竞争力之一,于此同时,由于客栈主管理服务水平低下、客栈环境
良莠不齐,信息不对称等因素制约,游客对客栈的满意度普遍偏低,而移动
互联网技术的出现,对传统客栈服务管理平台的改造提供了全新的思路和技“享客网”在线客栈服务平台的管理创新与启示研究术支持,“互联网+”成为景区客栈业升级的关键推动力。客栈管理系统应运
而生

目前市面上的客栈服务管理系统需要不断优化并构建出自身的核心竞争
力。“互联网+”对传统客栈服务平台的改造是个不断创新、优化的过程。各
大平台商需要从产品研发思路、运营模式、盈利模式等各方面进行创新和优
化,从而构建出自身的核心竞争优势,以实现占领更多客户资源,获取较高
市场占有率的目的

“享客网”拥有核心竞争力包括:360°全景视角、目的地 500 米精准定
位、自助入住系统、拼房等线上服务以及匠人招募、线下服务站、客栈融资
及咨询等线下服务,对客栈建立物联网连接,打造“智慧客栈”(软件+硬件)
完整行业生态,为客栈、用户双方创造价值,满足其深层次需求的企业定位

本文希望通过对“享客网”的深入研究和分析,以期将来能够为大众提
供更好的用户体验,为客栈主提供更加完善的管理系统,以此推动我国旅游
住宿业的新发展

With the great development and rapid popularization of mobile Internet
technology, itaccelerates the management transforming of thetraditional inns
service, this thesis takes Xiangke Network, an entrepreneurial company of the
Internet plus inns as a targeting case to mainly analyze the significance of the
innsonline service platform and the ways to construct core competitive power, at
the same time, it will propose the innovative thoughts of constructing “smart inns”
and building comprehensive industry environment throng comparing the current
operating situation of online platform at home and abroad. The thesis mainly
divides into five parts to discuss:
Firstly, analyzing the current situation and characteristics of tourism,
elaborating the transforming background and meaning that “ Internet+” brings to
the management platform of traditional inns, proposing the major viewpoint of this
thesis, and confirming study ideas and methods, based on these to set up the study
framework of the thesis.
Secondly, pointing out the conceptions and theories which have relevant
relations with this thesis, including the elaboration for the conceptions of
innovative theories, “Internet+” and so on. The analysis of characteristics, the
pragmatic application and and the current situation, characteristics and trend
prediction of future development for the tourism industry an home, inns and the
online service platform, which laying the solid foundation for the following
analysis of transforming that “Internet+” brings to the traditional traveling inns
management.
Once again, pointing out the existing significance, basic situation and market
characteristics of inn’s management system after the analysis of the present
situation at home and abroad as well as the development trend.
Then, throng the specific analysis of the founding background, core ideas and
competitive power as well as the innovative methods and potential development
risks for the targeting case-Xiangle Network, it will point out the controlling pointThe Study on the Management Innovation and Inspiration ofXiangke NetworkOnline Inns Service
Plarformand risk point when “ Internet+” online service platform constructs the core
competitive edges.
Finally, proposing the major conclusion for this thesis, the shortages in the
process of analysis and the study expectations in future.
After the comprehensive study and analysis, the writer summarizes as
followings:
The upgrading and improvement of inns are imperative, “Internet+” becomes
the key motivation. The development of economy promotes the sustainable growth
of tourism, the diversified demands of tourists make the unique inns become one
of the core competitive power of the scenic spots, meanwhile, due to the limitation
of the low management level, uneven inns’ environment and the information
asymmetry, the satisfaction of tourists for the inns is generally low, the emerging
of “Internet+” technology provides the totally new ways and technology support
for the improvement of traditional inn business, “Internet+” becomes the key
motivation for the upgrading of inn business in scenic spots, then the management
system definitely appears.
Currently, inns’ management system in market needs to be constantly
improved and construct its own core competitive power. The transforming that
“ Internet+” brings to the type of traditional inn service platform is a process that is
constantly innovating and improving. The businessmen in various platforms need
to innovate and improve in the aspects of product research methods, operating
modes and profiting patterns so that they can set up their own core competitive
edges to have more consumers’ resource and achieve their purpose to get larger
market share.
“Xiangke Network” possesses core competitive power. It will take the
creation of the online service, such as 360° panoramic image, the precise
positioning of the last 500 meters, automatic check-in and flat-share, as well as the
the offline service, such as craftsman recruiting, the offline service station,
financing and consulting as the core to penetrate its own inns, construct the
Internet of things links and forge the comprehensive industry environment of
“ smart inns”(software+hardware)to create values for both sides of inns and users,
and satisfy the enterprise’s position in its profound needs.
