SL 公司汽车天然气发展战略研究
摘要
能源是人类社会经济发展和生活的基本条件,在今天的能源
市场上,天然气能源已经在世界上引起了各国的关注。随着科学
技术的发展,特别是人们对自身生存、生活环境和生活质量提出
了更高的质量,天然气作为一种清洁、污染少、高效、高质量、
低成本的、理想的生态能源,受到了国际社会的广泛认可,二十
一世纪已经进入了“自然气的时代”。从战略的角度来看,天然气
工业的发展符合世界能源发展趋势。特别是在现阶段,由于环保
的需求,汽车天然气业务已经成为各大石油天然气企业重点争夺
的市场。
全文首先阐述了本课题的研究背景、目的与意义,介绍了研
究所采用的主要内容与研究方法;然后,介绍本课题中所涉及到
的战略管理的相关理论。包括企业战略管理的概念及发展,具体摘要

包括企业战略管理概念和企业战略管理理论的发展阶段;企业战
略管理理论的研究方法,包括 PEST 分析法、波特五力模型和 SWOT
分析法等;企业战略管理过程;企业发展的战略态势及基本竞争
战略,具体包括企业发展的战略态势、企业基本竞争战略和重点
集中战略;第三章,SL 公司天然气业务概述。主要介绍 SL 公司业
务范围,SL 公司愿景、使命和价值观及 SL 公司总体战略目标和 SL
公司业务战略目标;第四章,SL 公司汽车天然气业务战略环境分
析。针对 SL 公司的汽车天然气业务进行战略环境分析,用 PEST
分析法和波特五力模型来分析其在各个市场环节、管理体制等方
面存在的问题;第五章中阐明了 SL 公司汽车天然气业务战略选择。
对 SL 公司汽车天然气业务发展战略进行了细致的分析,提出 SL
公司汽车天然气业务发展战略的实施方案。第六章,对全文进行
总结。
本文虽然只是针对 SL 公司的情况展开了分析,但由于研究中
所发现的都是共性的问题,将对发展中的中国石油行业和汽车天
然气行业的改革,起到一定的借鉴作用,从而促进中国天然气行摘要

业的长足发展。SL 公司汽车天然气发展战略将为中国石油和天然
气企业发展提供一个参考模型。

STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF
AUTOMOBILE NATURAL GAS FOR SL COMPANY
ABSTRACT
Energy is the basic need of human soc iety and economic development. In today&39;s energy
market, natural gas energy has attracted attentions from all over the world. With the
development of science and technology, espec ially with people’s higher requirements of
their existence, living condition and quality of life, natural gas as a clean, low pollution, high
effic iency, high quality, low cost and ideal ecological energy, has been w idely recognized by
the international community and twenty-first Century has entered a "Times of natural gas ".
From a strategic point of view, the development of natural gas industry is in line w ith the
world&39;s energy development trend. Especially at this stage, due to the needs of
environmental protection, autom obile gas bus iness has become the focus of market
competition among major oil and gas companies.
Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the
topic, states the main method used in this research. Then it explains the relevant theories of
strategic management in this project. This covers the concept and the development of
enterprise strategic management, which inc ludes the enterpris e strategic management
concept and development stage of enterprise strategic management theory; research methods
of enterprise strategic management theory inc ludes PEST analys is, Potter five forces model
and SWOT analys is; the process of strategic management; strategic situation of enterpriseABSTRACT

development and the bas ic competitive strategy, this inc ludes the bas ic competitive strategy
and focus strategy of development of enterprise. Thirdly, this paper summar izes the natural
gas bus iness of SL Company. This s ection mainly points out the current s ituation of SL
Company&39;s business scope relates to automobile natural gas production and marketing. The
fourth part of this essay studies the strategic environment analys is of the automobile natural
gas business of SL Company. In view of the strategic environment analysis of SLCompany’s
natural gas bus iness, the advantages, disadvantages, opportun ities and threats are analyzed
by SWOT analysis method. And to analyze the exis ting problems in market segments,
management system and other issues the PEST analys is and the Potter five forces model are
used. Fifth, SL automobile natural gas business strategic choice is reviewed in this paper. A
detailed analys is is made on the development strategy of the automobile natural gas bus iness
of SL Company, and put forward the implementation of the development strategy of SL
company automobile natural gas business. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text.
This paper focuses on the analys is of SL Company, but as the problems in this res earch
are common, the research will play a certain role to Chinese oil and natural gas development,
and als o to the reform of oil and automobile natural gas bus iness. The study on the
development strategy of automobile natural gas for SL Company will provide a reference
model for Chinese oil and gas enterprise development.
