摘要
近年来,随着资本约束的加强、金融脱媒化的加速,行业间的竞争越来越激烈,
中国商业银行传统的利息收入业务范围越来越狭窄,盈利能力不断下降。由于利差收
窄的压力,商业银行只有开辟其他的发展路径,才能提升自身的竞争力。中间业务是
商业银行今后发展的方向和趋势,随着中间业务规模的不断扩大,业务收入比重逐渐
增加,为商业银行赢得了更多的经济利益,中间业务发展状况,已经成为影响商业银
行业绩水平的重要因素。

但是,目前国内商业银行对中间业务收入的概念、内涵和外延都相当模糊,在概
念上有可能和非利息收入、表外业务收入有所混淆。此外,各家银行积极拓展中间业
务是基于一个默认的前提,即中间业务收入的提高是有助于提升商业银行经营绩效的。

事实上,与国外商业银行发展中间业务相比,我国的商业银行主要的收入来源仍然是
陈的利息收入,中间业务开展情况不理想,获得的收益有限。

首先,本文根据中间业务的意义和中国上市企业银行的相关财务信息,对商业银
行中间业务收入等相关概念进行了概念界定。基于非利息收入,外业务收入比较的概
念,明确三者的范围。

其次,本文以中国上市商业银行为主要研究对象,比较中外商业银行的业务情况,
得出结论认为中国商业银行的收入进入了快速发展的阶段,中间业务稳步增长。与此
同时,全面探讨了不同的商业银行中间业务的发展状况,并分析了其中的差异。

再次,本文分析了 2007 年至 2015 年 12 家商业银行的中间业务收入和其他相关
财务数据,并作为研究样本,通过建立面板数据模型,分为大型国有商业银行和股份
制商业银行回归分析,全面探讨了商业银行中间业务收入和经营业绩之间的关系,通

The impact of intermediary business income on the
performance of commercial banks in China
——Empirical analysis based on panel data of listed banks
Abstract
In recent years, with the strengthening of capital constraints, the acceleration of
financial outreach, the competition between industries has become more and more intense,
and the traditional interest income business of Chinese commercial banks has become
narrower and the profitability has been declining. As the spread of narrowing the pressure,
commercial banks only to open up other development path, in order to enhance their
competitiveness. The middle business is the direction and trend of the future development
of commercial banks. With the continuous expansion of the scale of intermediary business,
the proportion of business income has gradually increased, which has won more economic
benefits and business development for commercial banks. It has become the impact of
commercial banks Of the important factors.
However, the current domestic commercial banks on the intermediary business
income concept, meaning and extension are quite vague, the concept may be non-interest
income, off-balance sheet business income is confused. In addition, the banks to actively
expand the intermediary business is based on a default premise that the increase in
intermediary business income is to help improve the performance of commercial banks. In
fact, compared with the development of foreign commercial banks in the middle of

Secondly, this paper takes the listed commercial banks in China as the main research
object, compares the business situation of Chinese and foreign commercial banks, and

financial data of 12 commercial banks from 2007 to 2015, and as a research sample,

between intermediary business income and operating performance of commercial banks,

positive correlation, but not significant.
Finally, based on the empirical research results, the paper puts forward the
countermeasures and suggestions for the development of intermediary business of Chinese
commercial banks. From the large state-owned commercial banks and the joint-stock
commercial banks, we choose one as a typical case and put forward specific development
suggestions. This will improve the competitiveness of Chinese commercial banks and
profitability, and promote the rapid development of commercial banks.
