摘要
企业大学作为企业教育的创新形式与践行实体,日益受到越来越多的关注和研究,
国内企业大学研究者一般集中于分析企业大学的建设与发展,并针对其中存在的问题提
出相应的建议。企业大学的培训体系是企业大学发展的核心,良好的企业大学培训体系,
能够挖掘企业内部人才、促进企业文化传播、提高企业社会形象、促进企业自身的发展。

此次研究选取了 A 公司(祥龙资产)企业大学作为具体对象,借助文献调查法、访谈法、
案例研究法等研究方法来概括阐述其目前实行的培训体系现状,分析 A 公司(祥龙资产)
企业大学培训体系中存在的问题,并根据发现的一系列问题制定针对性的解决及改进方
案。

本文首先对企业大学与培训相关的著作和文献进行了整理,通过文献查询国内外关
于企业大学和移动培训的相关理论,分析国内外企业大学的现状,主要从传统培训体系
研究、国内外企业大学的发展历程、国内外在线教育现状分析、国内外移动学习的现状
及互联网教育对企业大学的影响等方面对互联网教育对企业大学及移动培训体系的建
设和影响进行了调查研究。针对 A 公司(祥龙资产)企业大学的培训体系现状,以 A 公司
(祥龙资产)企业大学为研究对象,通过培训体系的职能及运营管理、培训管理制度和学
习平台建设三方面的论述,对该企业大学的培训现状进行了充分的分析,并总结 A 公司
(祥龙资产)企业大学移动培训体系中存在的问题,提出构建 A 企业大学移动培训体系。

在这一基础上根据 A 公司(祥龙资产)企业大学实际培训机制中暴露出来的各种缺陷和
不足以及具体的执行情况,分别就师资体系、课程体系、评估体系、运营体系这四个维
度来进一步完善和发展该企业大学的移动培训机制。最后对研究的结论及不足进行总
结。

互联网从诞生之日起就与教育行业密不可分,移动互联作为“互联网+”的最新模
式,提供了更加高效、便捷的环境,企业大学作为企业人才的摇篮、构建核心竞争力的
主力军,更需要根据自身情况结合移动互联网的技术和理论、将"互联网+"与培训进
行有效融合,改进现有传统培训模式,“移动培训”的发展已经成为了企业大学未来发
展的必然趋势。

Abstract
Enterprise University,as an innovative form of enterprise education and
practice entity,is getting more and more attention and research,and the domestic
enterprise University researchers generally focus on the analysis of the
construction and development of enterprise universities,and put forward
corresponding suggestions to the existing problems.The training system of
Enterprise University is the core of the development of Enterprise University,
the Good Enterprise University training system can excavate the internal talents
of enterprises,promote the spread of enterprise culture,improve the social
image of enterprises and promote the development of enterprises themselves.This
study selected A company (Xianglong assets) Enterprise University as a concrete
object,with the help of literature investigation,interview,Case study and other
research methods to outline the current practice of the training system,
analysis of A company (Xianglong assets) Enterprise University training system
in the existing problems, And according to the identified a series of problems
to develop targeted solutions and improvement programs.
At first,this paper makes a collation of the related books and literatures
of the Enterprise University and the training,through the literature inquires
the domestic and foreign related theories about the Enterprise university and
the mobile training,analyzes the current situation of the Enterprise University
at home and abroad,mainly from the traditional training system research,the
development course of domestic and foreign enterprise The status quo of mobile
learning at home and abroad and the influence of Internet education on enterprise
universities are investigated in this paper.The present situation of the
training system of Enterprise University of A company (Xianglong assets) taking
A company (Xianglong assets) Enterprise University as the research
object,through the training system function and the operation management,the
training management system and the learning Platform construction Three aspects
exposition,has carried on the thorough analysis to this enterprise University&39;s
training present situation,and summarizes A company (Xianglong assets) The
problems existing in the mobile training system of enterprise University,and
put forward the construction of a enterprise University mobile trainingIII
system.On this basis,according to the defects and deficiencies in the actual
training mechanism of Enterprise University of A company (Xianglong assets),and
the specific implementation,the four dimensions of teacher system,curriculum
system,evaluation system and operation system are developed to further improve
and develop the Enterprise University&39;s mobile training mechanism.Finally,the
conclusions and shortcomings of the study are summarized.
The internet is inseparable from the education industry from the date of
its birth, mobile interconnection as the Internet + the latest model,
providing a more efficient and convenient environment, Enterprise University
as a cradle of enterprise talent, the main force to build core competitiveness,
but also in accordance with their own circumstances and the mobile internet
technology and theory, the Internet + With training to effectively integrate,
improve the existing traditional training mode, Mobile-training has become
the development of enterprise universities in the future development of the
inevitable trend.
