汽车行业作为国计民生的支柱性产业，在过去 20 年，中国经历了高速发展，汽
车行业的发展同时也引导了中国汽车零部件企业的发展，无论是外资企业还是民营汽
车零部件企业都在这个高速发展的时段，迎来的快速发展的契机。优异的环境给企业
以发展的契机，但是经营管理水平是否能够跟上市场的发展，考验着每个企业的管理
者。

本文以 T 公司的经营状况为基础，分析目前 T 公司重要经营困难—库存问题的
现状，并综合分析了各种影响库存问题的可能性因子，结合了预测理论，供应链的库
存管理理论，以及精益生产 JIT 中的拉动方式的理念。综合分析，造成库存不断升高
的主要因子，并结合 T 公司这样一家小型公司的状况，分别和选取重要改善因子，探
索可行的改善途径。

在改善因子上，探索合适的销售预测方法，针对供应链上的库存合作探索研究了
效益分配的协调问题，针对精益生产重点研究了拉动方式与瓶颈问题的改善问题。从
公司的视角研究库存管理的重要方法。

English abstract
As Pillar industry, automotive industry reach great improvement in the past 20 years,
the improvement of automotive industry provide a great market for automotive parts
industry, whatever Foreign or private automotive parts company, the marketing status
provide a great opportunity to grow. But at the same time, the management level of
company is challenging the every manager from this industry if they can catch up this this
improvement trend.
This thesis is based on Company T, talk about the key issue from company which is
stock issue, and make analysis about kinds of possible issue which related to the reason of
malfunction to stock control. Talk about theory and make possible choice between theory
and real practice, make simulation about the forecast and make practice about real
application. Also the thesis consider company to be a small company with limited resource,
then make choice based on the analysis of possible root cause of stock control malfunction.
For improvement factor, make analysis and research about the sales forecast method,
make analysis about benefit sharing of supply chain stock improvement, think about
pulling method of JIT theory and make research about improvement of bottle neck issues
on production process. Think about the stock management based on the company view.
