Research on Employee Performance Management System of
Rural Commercial Bank in Xx City
Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, in this context, the
domestic financial market opening to the outside world continues to improve, the financial
institutions in the advanced countries in the West have also entered the Chinese market,
which makes the competition environment of domestic financial market more intense.The
domestic economy is also in the structural transformation, to go to capacity to inventory,
the upgrading of the industrial structure of the reform period, so that the survival of
financial enterprises have become even worse. The performance management of the staff
plays an important role in enhancing the enterprise's capability. XX Rural Commercial
Bank is located in the rural areas. It has a gap in capital scale, technical level and business
capacity. It should establish effective employees Performance management system, to
stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and enhance their own competitiveness.
This paper investigates the situation of employee performance management and
investigates the status and problems of employee performance management in XX rural
commercial banks through questionnaire and investigation. Based on the analysis, City
rural commercial banks to improve staff performance management recommendations, and
put forward specific measures to improve.
The full text is divided into 6 chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction, Chapter 2
introduces the relevant theoretical basis, introduces the concept of employee performance
management and performance evaluation, and introduces the meaning, procedure and
method of employee performance management. ; Chapter 3 analyzes the status quo of
employee performance management in XX rural commercial banks. Chapter 4 points out
the problems and causes in the performance management of XX rural commercial banks.
Because of the lack of attention to employee performance management in the past, there
are problems in all aspects of employee performance management, which can be divided
into the responsibilities of employee performance management system. The performance
appraisal system is unreasonable, the feedback of performance counseling communication
is not enough, the process of performance appraisal is not in place, and the results of the
performance appraisal are not standardized. Chapter 5 proposes some suggestions on the
performance management system of XX rural commercial banks. Five issues, respectively,
put forward specific measures to form a specific program to optimize employee
performance management system, and organizational security to build, enhance the quality
of middle management, improve the relevant supporting measures proposed three aspects
