Research on Financial Strategy of A Real Estate Company
Abstract
The financial strategy can support the overall strategy of the company better. It is not
only the key part of the overall strategy of the enterprise, but also the core content of the
enterprise management. For companies, the blood equivalent to the company's financial
management for the company, its capital investment, value-added, and income distribution,
have played an important role, therefore, the company's future financial strategy to guide
the whole operation process, only the reasonable corporate finance strategy, enterprises can
effectively operate it. For the real estate industry, the allocation of funds is also an
important work. Reasonable financial strategy and high level of financial management can
significantly enhance the core competitiveness of real estate and promote the sustained and
healthy development of real estate.
Through the investigation and analysis of the current financial management status of
A company, this paper finds out the problems in the financial management of the company.
With SWOT method, explore business strategy of the company, and to formulate relevant
measures to solve the financial strategy, the specific steps can be divided into the financial
analysis of the status quo, and to explore the existing problems, the main reason to find out
the influence and gives reasonable suggestions and effective financial strategy and
objectives.
First, we use the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the
financial data of A company in the aspects of assets, debt, capital and so on. Secondly,
SWOT analysis is applied to analyze the risks and internal and external environment faced
by A, so as to explore the problems existing in the operation of the company. Based on this,
a reasonable medium and long term fund raising and reflux planning is established. Thirdly,
referring to the development level of the real estate industry, we made detailed financial
strategy and implementation guarantee to enhance the core competitiveness of A company.
At the same time, we prospected the development prospect of the real estate industry.
