Research on Accounting Business Process Reengineering under
ERP environment
Abstract

With the progress of science and technology, social economy and the production way
of life have very great change and progress.What’s more, along with our country reform,
the accounting field also gradually is shifting from manual accounting to the accounting
computerization environment, and then gradually to the accounting information in ERP
environment.ERP is also known as enterprise resource planning, and ERP is a combination
of advanced management concept by using the information management, to help company
to realize the integration of various resources and, through the optimization of various
resources, so as to help company to improve the business environment and management.
At last, the company finally will achieve the purpose of improve enterprise management
and economic benefits.In order to improve the competitiveness, many companies in our
country have improved the company management mode, and tried to refer to the ERP
system to its operation and management, but most companies didn't get a good effect in the
process of practice, and it is easy to find the root cause of problems in the enterprise did
not realize the importance of business process heavy for enterprise future development.
First of all, this article from the ERP system researches the background, significance
and purpose of this paper, and expounds the importance and realistic significance of
enterprise business process re-engineering in the ERP environment. Secondly, through the
collation of relevant literature at home and abroad, it laid a certain theoretical foundation
for the writing of the paper. On the basis of research on the in-depth analysis of accounting
business process re-engineering in the ERP environment. At last part, by analyzing one
electric power company in China, it is not difficult to find that the implementation of

problems.Finally, this paper puts forward certain suggestions for improvement. Through
the final analysis, the implementation of ERP system in power enterprises, both for
