着通信和计算机技术的发展,尤其是各种新兴技术的飞速发展,为
企业的信息化建设提供了新的手段,新兴技术为企业提供了突破了
以往信息化建设的各种束缚的可能。针对中小连锁零售企业的特点
和需求,找到一种控制信息化投入成本,降低信息化管理难度,实
现快速部署实施的方法帮助企业加强随需要调整应用、快速响应市
场变化的能力,成为本文研究的目标

本文釆取理论研究与案例分析相结合的方式,在深入研究连锁企
业信息化管理理论,充分分析中小连锁企业信息化管理现状的基础
上,通过对信息系统集成、企业门户集成和RAS(Remote Application
Access System)虚拟计算技术的介绍,以连锁零售企业FHDX整合集
成现有信息系统这一实际案例为分析对象,首先介绍了 FHDX的信
息化现状,剖析其信息化建设中存在的问题,结合企业经营管理革
新对信息系统的要求,进而提出信息系统集成建设的总体目标,然
后对于满足其信息化建设需求的各种可行性主流集成解决方案进行
设计,最后通过釆取层次分析法,综合考虑成本、难度、安全、体
验和维护等因素,选择出基于RAS应用集中方案是最适合FHDX信
息系统集成建设的这一结论,继而介绍了 FHDX电讯集成实施内容
及过程,最后从管理、技术、资金和培训等方面总结了该项目成功
实施及有效运转所依赖的保障体系

通过技术集成创新促进管理模式革新,本文为FHDX电讯的信
息建设与管理提供了一种高性价比的有效方案。本文的研究结果不
仅适用于中小型连锁企业,也可以推广至大型连锁企业和其他跨地
域企业。特别是该方案可以通过后台升级或迁移,平滑过渡到云计
算应用模式,适应因企业规模成长或信息技术进步带来的需求变化

ABSTRACT
It is a proved fact that informatization is of great importance to the
survival and development of chain retail enterprise. Nevertheless, the
general situation that small and medium-sized retail enterprises are short
of funds and intelligence hinders the implementation of informatization
and furthermore the formation of a strong support for the management of
enterprises. In recent years, the development of communication and
computer technology, especially the rapid development of new
technologies, has provided new means for the construction of the
enterprises39; informatization. New technology can break through the
various bounds that used to hinder the construction of enterprises39;
informatization. In view of the small and medium-sized retail chain
enterprise characteristics and needs, the purpose of this paper is to find a
method to control the costs of informatization, to lower down the
difficulty of informatization management and to realize fast
implementation so as to strengthen the enterprises39; capability of
adjusting application and responding the market changes.
This paper adopts the approach that combines theory research and
case study. Based upon the in-depth research of chain enterprises
informatization management theory and the analysis of the current
situation of small and medium-sized chain enterprises as well as the
introduction of information system integration, enterprises portal
integration and RAS (Remote Application Access System) virtual
computer technology, the paper employs the example of chain retail
enterprises FHDX integrating the current information system as the
subject of analysis to introduce firstly the current situation of FHDX
informatization, and to analyze the problem of its informatization
construction. By combining the enterprises39; requirements of information
system, the paper brings up the overall object of information system
integration construction, and then design to meet the information needs
of the building of the feasibility of various mainstream integration
solution; finally, by adopting the analytic hierarchy process,
comprehensive consideration of the cost, difficulty, safety, and

maintenance experience and other factors, selection based on the RAS
application of concentrated solution is the most suitable for FHDX
integrated information system construction of this conclusion, and then
introduced the FHDX telecommunication integrated implementation and
process, and finally the management, technology, funding and training
etc. summary of the successful implementation of the project and
effectively Operation on security system.
Through the innovation of technology integration to promote the
management reform, this paper provides a cost-effective effective
solution for FHDX telecommunications information construction and
management. The results of this study can not only apply to small and
medium-sized chain enterprises, but also be extended to large chain
enterprises and other regional business. Especially, the scheme can
upgrade and migrate through the background, as well as transit to cloud
computing application model smoothly, which is fit for the change of
demand that is brought by the growth of business scale or the progress of
the information technology.
