摘 要
现阶段针对企业物流运输方式选择的研究，多从企业整体角度出发，分析企业应该采
取的物流运输方式。然而，企业往往存在多条运输路线，且不同的产品、不同运输路线需
要不同的运输方式，现阶段鲜见对企业具体运输路线物流运输方式选择的研究。基于此，
本研究在界定物流运输方式概念的基础上，比较分析铁路、公路、水路、航空和管道 5 种
运输方式的优势和使用情况；从宏观、中观、微观层面分析企业物流运输方式选择的关键
影响因素，宏观因素包括政治环境（政府对交通运输基础设施和交通运输设备投资、政府
监管、优惠政策）和经济环境（经济总体发展水平），中观层面包括运输成本、运输批量
批次、合作关系、运输能力等，微观层面包括决策者和运输者的生理和心理因素。本研究
选取金东纸业作为案例企业，分析其现阶段物流运输方式选择主要存在运输方式单一、运
输成本和运输及时性有待提升、未能考虑多方面影响因素的问题。运用层次分析方法，从
经济性、安全性、高效性和可达性四个方面，构建金东纸业物流运输方式选择评价指标，
选择三类具体代表意义的运输路线，邀请专家和管理人员，对三条不同运输路线四个指标
重要性进行评价，计算得出适合的物流运输方式。研究发现企业必须根据不同运输路线，
选择合适的物流运输方式，从而降低企业物流运输成本、提升企业竞争优势

Summary
Study of enterprise’s logistics transportation mode at present stage, mainly analyze from the overall
perspective. However, the enterprises tend to have multiple transport routes, and different products and
transport routes require different mode of transportation. At present stage, research on this issue is rare.Based
on this, this study has defined the concept of logistics transportation mode , and compared advantage and
usage of five kinds of mode of transportation, including railway, highway, waterway, aviation and pipeline.
And then this paper analyzed affecting factors of enterprise logistics transportation mode from the macro,
medium and micro level. The macro factors include political environment (government investment in
transportation infrastructure and transportation equipment, government regulation and preferential policy)
and economic environment (overall economic development level);Medium level include transportation cost,
transportation batch, cooperative relations, and transport capacity; Micro level include physiological and
psychological factors of decision makers and carriers. This paper has choosed Gold East Paper Co,.Ltd. as the
case, analyzing the present logistics transportation mode problems and reasons. Using hierarchical analysis
method, this paper has established the evaluation index from the economy, safety, high efficiency and
accessibility, to analyzing transportation mode of three kinds of specific meaning of transport routes. The
study found that the enterprise must choose the appropriate logistics transportation mode according to
different transport routes, ,to reduce logistics cost and improve enterprise competitive advantage.
