薪酬的主要作用为保障与激励,即:如何留住人才,如何配合企业战略,激
励员工以实现企业目标。在这样的背景下,贵州电力科学研究院引入了薪点工资
制,来解决量化职工所提供的劳动数量和质量、体现不同岗位劳动差别、拉开职
工分配差距、打破平均主义等问题
本文从薪酬理论入手,分析了贵州电力科学研究院的薪酬制度,同时对其实
施薪点工资制的应用进行了研究,分析了绩效在贵州电力科学研究院薪点工资制
实施中的重要作用,总结了在类似企业中应用薪点工资制的可行性,提出了用效
益基金弥补企业在亏损时员工收下降的问题,对类似企业应用薪点工资制有一定
的参考意义

Summary
Guizhou Electric Power Research Institute as a state-owned enterprise, with the deepening of
the reformof state-owned enterprises,but also carried outa seriesof reforms. Becauseof thevarious
system of Guizhou Electric Power Research Institute by the impact of market economy, salary
system is no exception, need to adopt a meet the future development of enterprises, to increase the
competitiveness of enterprises salary system to solve the problem.
The main role of paying for the protection and incentives, namely: how to retain talent, how to
coordinate with the corporate strategy, to motivate employees to achieve corporate goals. Under
such a background, Guizhou Electric Power Research Institute introduced salary39;s point system, to
solve the quantitative workers provided by the quantity and qualityof labor, reflectingthe difference
of labor in different positions, workers began distribution gap, break the problem such as
egalitarianism.
The to the salary theory of salary system of Guizhou Electric Power Research Institute has
carried on the analysis, and the implementation of salary wage system application were studied to
analyze the important role performance in the implementation of the salary wage system in Guizhou
Electric Power Research Institute, summarizes the application feasibility of salary wage system in
similar enterprises, a certain reference value for the similar enterprise application salary39;s point
system.
