除去绪论与结论部分，研究主要包括三部分内容。第一部分为理
论研究部分，首先，对研究中涉及到的外资企业、企业转型升级概念
加以分析；其次，结合相关理论概述企业转型升级类型；最后，对研
究涉及的全球价值链理论和 OEM-ODM-OBM 等企业转型升级相关
理论进行详细论述。第二部分将结合实际调研情况，对珠海市外资企
业的发展历程、现状，以及企业转型升级所面临的问题和问题形成原
因进行深入分析。第三部分则是以解决相关问题为目标，提出珠海市
外资企业转型升级对策，即：可通过供应链整合，生产工艺流程与产
品升级，产业链升级三种途径或方式来实现
通过此次研究，希望为珠海市外资企业找出转型升级的对策，以
促进珠海市外资企业的可持续发展。II

ABSTRACT
Transformation and upgrading of enterprises is one of the important
issues that China has to face in the transformation of economic
development mode and the adjustment of economic results. After the
reform and opening up, Chinese lasted for more than 30 years of
economic growth, foreign enterprises have played an important and
positive role in the future for a long time, the development of China
economy, also need to actively participate in foreign enterprises, in this
context, the transformation of foreign invested enterprises upgrade
problem has very strong realistic meaning. The research object of this
research is the foreign capital enterprise of Zhuhai city. Zhuhai city is
China early foreign enterprises of the city, these enterprises in the
economic and social development in Zhuhai has played a positive role in
promoting, with the Zhuhai city enterprise aggregation increasing scale,
land shortage, environmental pollution, and low rise, low price
competition has become increasingly prominent issue, strengthen local
foreign-funded enterprises transformation and upgrading has become a
very urgent problems.
Except the introduction and conclusion part, the research mainly
includes three parts. The first part is theory research, firstly,
foreign-funded enterprises, enterprises involved in the study of theIV
transformation and upgrading of the concept of analysis; secondly,
combining with the related theory overview type of enterprise
transformation and upgrading; at the end of the study involves the theory
of global value chain and OEM-ODM-OBM transformation and
upgrading of enterprises related theories in detail. The second part will
combine the actual research situation, to Zhuhai foreign capital enterprise
development course, present situation, as well as enterprise
transformation and upgrading of the problems and problems caused by
in-depth analysis. The third part is to solve the related problems as the
goal, proposed the Zhuhai foreign capital enterprise strategy, namely: the
transformation and upgrading of the supply chain integration, production
process and product upgrading, upgrading of the industrial chain of three
kinds of ways to achieve.
Through this study, hope to find out the transformation and
upgrading of foreign enterprises in Zhuhai City, to promote the
sustainable development of foreign enterprises in Zhuhai.

1.1.1 研究背景
随着经济全球化和区域一体化的加速，我国的产业转移呈现出快速发展的态
势。21 世纪以来，我国经济进入了一个全新的发展时期。特别是在沿海经济先
发展地区，旧的经济增长方式和新的经济增长方式之间的矛盾愈发尖锐，经济转
型和产业结构转型已经刻不容缓。目前，产业转移的问题已被纳入沿海地区许多
地方政府的重要日程工作之中。以珠海市为例，经过多年的发展，该城市和一些
先进的城市经济差距已经明显缩小，但城市的核心竞争力，无论是产业竞争力，
人才竞争力，或环境吸引力，与广州、香港、台湾等周边地区仍然存在较大的差
距。只有加快产业转型升级，才能快速缩小差距，基于此背景下，珠海市正着力
于进行企业转型升级等工作
