的交期。存货可以改善发展过程中所产生的一些不确定因素，进而产生缓冲的
效果，有效保障成本平稳以及在规定时间内如期交付，所以库存现象广泛存在

所以库存的优化研究，是所有发电机制造企业所必须面临的一个问题

库存控制涉及很多流程及实际操作，从外部订单预测及内部实际订单处理，
工程设计、采购计划到组织生产，从原材料、半成品、成品的存储管理到配送、
调拨，整个过程都是库存控制的过程，库存控制是一个系统工程，涉及供应环
节的各个方面。因此库存控制涉及不仅仅只是库存管理部门，而是涵盖到企业
的各个方面，需要公司各个部门紧密协作才能解决

本文通过对 A 发电机公司库存控制方法的优化研究与实施，对涉及机械制
造性企业，如何有效进行库存控制提供了借鉴和参考；同时通过 A 发电机公司
库存的有效控制，使公司能够最大限度满足客户产品或者交期的各种需求同时，
能够大幅度减少库存成本，提高了库存周转率，减少了生产运作成本，进一步
提升了企业竞争力。对于当下制造企业来说，A 发电机公司库存控制的成功实施
将起到很好地借鉴作用

ABSTRACT
Since , the oil price continuous downward till fell to the bottom, the
offshore segment become worse and worse. Also generator industry faces short time
delivery, and customer demand tends to more and more complex. Due to customer
demand changes too fast, or difficult to supply, or make inventory to meet customer.
During the production, inventory can make up production stability, and have the
effect of buffer, keep the cost stable and ensure on time delivery. Inventory is
common in the enterprise, so the inventory optimization research, is that all the
generator manufacturing enterprises have to face a problem
Inventory control involves many processes and the actual operation, from the
external order forecast and actual internal order processing, engineering design,
procurement plans to organize production, from raw materials, semi-finished products,
finished product storage management to distribution, allocation, the whole process is
the process of inventory control, inventory control is a systematic project, involving
all aspects of the supply chain. Inventory control involves more than just inventory
management, therefore, but to all aspects of the enterprise, needs the company
various departments work closely to solve it.
In this paper, through the optimization of A generator company inventory control
method research and implementation, provides reference to machinery manufacturing
enterprises to how to effectively inventory control. A motor company through the
effective control of inventory, enables companies to maximize meet the diverse needs
of customers products or delivery at the same time, can greatly reduce the inventory
cost, improve the inventory turn over , reduced production costs, further enhance the
competitiveness of enterprises. A generator company for the manufacturing
enterprises, the successful application of inventory control will play a very good
reference.
