作为价值链中的一个重要环节，现代工厂的选址不仅关系到工业布局及
经济效益的重大决策，而且涉及到经济利益和非经济利益等多种因素，因此
在厂址选址时应在综合评价各种影响因素的基础上从而选择最佳地址。另外，
厂址选址也是企业建设的重要一环，关系到企业在今后长期运营中的合理性
和企业未来的发展
LF 公司作为国内首批医疗器械生产型企业，在经历了改革发展的阵痛之
后，适时的把握住了我国人口红利时期的优势，通过引进并革新产品技术，
迅速回复生机，并将市场开展到了海外。但是由于受到厂区客观条件的限制，
其发展规模已不能满足日益增长的客户需求，急需扩大生产能力，因此计划
进行医疗器械工厂的择址，以求进一步的发展突破
本文由 LF 公司的现状与国内外市场分析作为出发点，通过对产品市场的
分析以及对产品的经济效益的来初步评估 LF 公司医疗器械工厂搬迁的可行
性分析，并力争通过通过科学、合理的选址搬迁解决 LF 公司的发展瓶颈；而
在 LF 公司搬迁选址的目标、原则和影响因素的基础上来构建整体的评价指标
体系；最后利用因素分析法及模糊数学法构建厂址选址的评价模型并对各指
标权重进行逐一的量化，从而对备选方案做出评价以得到厂址选址决策方案
的最优解，力争在搬迁后使产品的产量满足其市场客户的需求，从而使 LF
公司的销售额有大幅的提升，以获取更多的利润
本文在查阅大量选址理论文献的基础上，结合 LF 公司医疗器械工厂的切东华大学工商管理硕士学位论文

身需求和自身条件限制，对 LF 公司医疗器械工厂厂址选址进行研究，所采用
的研究方法不仅能全面考虑多种因素，而且计算简单，可以在同行业及类似
的厂址选址方面推广应用

Abstract
With the world market changing from relatively stable in tradition to
dynamically changeable, the social, economic, environment and customers’ needs
faced by the enterprises have experienced obvious changes. Enterprises not only
need to meet the customers’ demand of timely and accurate delivery, but also
need to maintain a relatively low cost under the premise of ensuring the products’
quality. Enterprises will choose the production base and supply and distribution
center near customers, or take advantage of regional demographic dividend to cut
the daily operational expenses of transportation, storage and labor cost.
As an important part in value chain, the site selection of modern factory is a
significant decision not only related to industrial layout and economic benefits,
but also related to multiple factors in economic benefits and non-financial
benefits. Thus, the site selection should be based on the comprehensive
evaluation of various contributory factors. In addition, site selection is also an
important part in enterprise construction, concerning the enterprises’ long-term
operational rationality and future development.
As the manufacturer of domestic first batch of medical instrument, having
experienced the pains of reform and development, the LF Company has grasped
the advantages during the period of demographic dividend, regained vitality soon
through importing and innovating products and technologies, and expanded to the
overseas market. But due to the limitation of factory’s objective conditions, it
cannot meet the growing demand of customers and is in urgent need of enlarging
production capacity. Thus, the site selection of the medical instrument factory is
being planned in order to achieve further breakthroughs.

and overseas market as the starting point, the article makes a preliminary
assessment of the feasibility of the medical instrument factory’s relocation by
analyzing the product market and the products’ economic benefits, and strives to
resolve the development bottleneck of LF Company through a scientific and
reasonable relocation; construct an overall evaluation index system on the basis
of the objectives, principles and contributory factors of LF Company’s relocation;
finally construct the evaluation model of the site selection using factor analysis
method and fuzzy mathematics, and quantify the weight of various indexes one
by one. Therefore, we can evaluate the alternatives and acquire the best site
selection. We should strive to make the product output meets the demand of
customers, thus greatly enhancing the sales of LF Company and gaining more
profits.
On the basis of consulting a lot of literature on site selection, and combing
the immediate needs and limitations of LF Company’s medical instrument factory
itself, we research on the site selection of LF Company’s medical instrument
factory. The method used is not only comprehensive, having taken various factors
into consideration, but is easy to calculate as well, and it can be widely applied in
similar site selections.
