等问题,已经成为了国家和社会关注的焦点。大学是人生中最宝贵的时光,更
是职业生涯的重要准备期。掌握职业生涯规划的知识和方法,合理规划好大学
四年的时光,不仅能够大大提高大学生的就业竞争力,还可以帮助大学生夯实
未来事业成功的基础

职业生涯规划可以促进大学生形成积极上进的人生观,促使大学生做好大
学期间的发展,增强大学生就业的核心竞争力,帮助大学生理性选择职业发展
道路

本文运用问卷调查法和案例法进行了大学生职业生涯规划方案制定的研
究,引导在校大学生合理制定职业生涯规划方案,并探索了大学生实现其职业
生涯规划方案的有效途径。培养他们在未来具有可持续职业生涯所需的认知能
力和基本技能,使他们能够主动激发和拓展自己的能力,使他们在激烈的就业
竞争和职场竞争中占有一席之地,真正成为国家和社会需要的有用人才

Abstract
How about college students grow healthy and educated and college students
difficult employment or employment problems such as the career development after
became the focus of attention of the state and society. University is in the life most
precious time, but also the important exam career. Master of career planning of
knowledge and methods,rational planning of good university four years of time, can
not only greatly improve university students' employment competitive, can help
students consolidate foundation of successful future career.
Career planning can promote the university students' form active outlook on life,
make the development of college students' well during the university, enhance the
core competitiveness of university students' employment, to help students rational
choice career path.
This paper USES questionnaire and the case method on the college students'
career planning methods, guide college students establishing a reasonable career
planning, cultivate their career in the future sustainable needed with cognitive ability
and self management, enabling them to expand his own initiative to get and ability to
make them in the fierce employment competition and workplace competition
occupies a place, become the state and society need talent and other aspects of the
