Abstract
With the economic globalization, the ever-changing customer demand and
accelerating technological innovation, the product life cycle is becoming shorter and
shorter. In the increasingly competitive environment, the problem, every enterprise
needs to face and consider, is how to continuously improve the competitiveness. The
quality of the supplier's performance has a direct impact on the time of product
delivery, the total cost of the product, and the competitiveness of the enterprise.
Excellent suppliers can help enterprises rapidly process orders and seize the market.
They also determine the efficiency of the supply chain, and play a vital role in
realizing the degree of the supply chain objectives. Researching the zoomlion
sanitation machinery company supplier management strategy and taking measures to
improve the efficiency of supplier management, reduce risk and improve
competitiveness has the very vital significance.
At first, the basic situation of the zoomlion sanitation machinery company is
introduced(including the registered capital of the company, its main business, market
share, industry status, the main procurement, supplier access process, each department
