述了战略管理的相关理论。总结前人研究成果后,提出本论文研究课题的方向
从第三章开始,进入论文的核心部分。总体对比国内外轻型专用车发展现状,重
点对 JSV 公司进行产业环境分析、价值链分析和 SWOT 分析。在以上分析的基础
上,找出制约 JSV 公司轻型专用车发展存在的问题:研发能力弱、工艺水平低、
售后服务能力弱、产品线过长。最后得出结论,认为 JSV 公司应该坚持以研发为
龙头,贯彻精益求精的工艺方针,强化售后服务的技术支持,集中资源发展主力
车型的发展战略,从而提高经营效益,增强企业核心竞争力

Abstract
After years of development, special vehicle industry currently has a production
scale and becomes an important part of the automotive industry. With special vehicle
market competition intensifies, customer demand becomes personalized and
diversified, JSV company faces enormous market pressure, JSV is in a period of
strategic transformation,which is most important. How to better meet customer needs
in order to win the initiative in the fierce competition in the market, this paper
attempts from the perspective of how new urbanization promote the special vehicle's
development in order to find the answer.
The opening section paper clarifies the basic content of the new urbanization and
light special vehicle which are very important concepts,taking an overview of the
theory of strategic management. After the results of previous studies, proposed
research direction of this paper. From the third chapter, enter the core of the paper.
Compare light special vehicle development status at home and abroad from an overall
view. Focus on the industrial environment analysis, value chain analysis and SWOT
analysis. Based on the above analysis, identify problems which constraints JSV
company special vehicle's development: R & D capability is weak, low level of
technology, service capacity is weak, the product line is too long. We concluded that
the JSV company should adhere to the research and development as a leader,
implement better technology policy, strengthen after-sales technical support, focus
resources on the main models. Thereby improving operational efficiency, and enhance
the core competitiveness of enterprises.
