摘 要
目前,各金融机构的短期贷款领域主要的发展方向都离不开贸易融资业务,
到年末全球排名前五十位的银行都向客户提供了贸易融资服务。在国内,贸
易融资也是众多中小股份制银行拓展信贷市场的主打信贷产品,而四大国有银行
也逐步对贸易融资业务予以重点关注,抢占市场份额,同业竞争异常激烈。同时,
贸易融资的快速发展也为企业,特别是为广大中小企业提供了更多的融资便利,
有效的降低了这些企业获取融资较难的现状。江西 GS 银行从年开始,加大
了国内贸易融资业务领域的拓展力度,业务规模快速增加,但业务发展过程中也
暴露出一些问题,导致业务拓展遭遇瓶颈。因此,有必要对国内贸易融资业务管
理进行优化,提高业务办理效率,提升市场竞争力

本文综合运用了文献研究法、比较分析法、调查研究法等方法,对江西 GS
银行国内贸易融资发展的现状和问题进行了分析,指出了该行在业务发展过程中
存在的问题,并在深入江西 GS 银行进行调查掌握丰富的第一手数据、资料和典
型案例的基础上,借鉴国内外同业发展贸易融资业务的做法和经验以及该行的实
际情况,有针对性的从业务资源、融资结构、评级授信、风险管理和考核机制等
五个方面提出了优化方案,并且从人力资源、组织机制、信息管理三个方面对实
施优化方案提出了保障措施。对江西 GS 银行今后在完善国内贸易融资业务体系
建设,提高其经营绩效,深度挖掘大客户价值、拓展公司客户数量、推动公司业
务转型都具有重要的参考价值,同时对推动江西省境内中小企业的发展,提高银
行核心竞争力都具有重要意义

Abstract
At present,trade financing has become one of the most important growth point in
the field of short-term loan of international banks.At the end of ,the world's
largest 50 banks have been providing this service to their enterprise customers.In
China,trade financing has become a main direction to explore business market among
China CITIC bank,China Minsheng Banking Co,Ltd,Shenzhen Development Bank,
and other small banks.At the same time,Industrial and Commercial Bank of China,
China Construction Bank, Bank of China,Bank of Communications and other large
banks have stepped up their business development.Trade financing has become a
focused business area attracts attention in all banks,and the competition among banks
is fierce.The rapid development of trade financing has provided more financing
channels for enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,which eased
their financing difficulties to some extent.Jiangxi GS bank has speeded up a
development of trade financing and increased its business scale since .However,
some problems exposed in the process,which lead to a bottleneck in trade financing
development.Therefore, it is necessary to optimize business management,improve
efficiency of business in trade financing,and enhance its market competitiveness.
In this paper , literature research method , comparative analysis method ,
investigation method are integrated used to analyze the developing status and problems
of domestic trade financing in Jiangxi GS bank,and problems existing in process of
business development have been pointed out.Moreover,based on a deep investigation,
abundant firsthand data,and typical cases,by referring to the practice and experience
of trade financing business in banks home and abroad,optimization scheme from five
aspects are proposed,which are business resources,financing structure,credit rating,
risk management and assessment mechanism.And safeguard measures to implement
the scheme from the human resource,organization mechanism and information
management three aspects is proposed in addition.Therefore,this paper has an
important reference value on improving the business system construction of domestic
trade financing in Jiangxi GS bank,improving its operating performance, deepening
excavation of customer value,expanding clients numbers,and promoting a business
transformation.Meanwhile,it has an important significance to promote a development3
of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi Province and to improve the core
competitiveness of the bank.

1 导言
1.1 选题的背景
作为一项新兴业务,贸易融资业务有着广阔的市场发展空间。资料显示,全
球 90%以上的贸易活动都离不开融资、担保、保险或其它贸易金融服务的支撑,
可以说,有贸易的地方就有贸易融资的需求。相比较于传统的流动资金贷款而言,
贸易融资经济资本占用较少,收益率较高,风险更加可控,是一座“含金量”相
当丰厚的业务“金矿”

在国际上,各金融机构的短期贷款领域主要的发展方向都离不开贸易融资业
务,到年末全球排名前五十位的银行都向客户提供了贸易融资服务。全世界
范围内,各大银行运用供应链金融手段向其信贷客户发放的融资平均增长了65%

由于目前国际形势下优质资产的稀缺性,包括对冲基金和私募基金的其他金融机
构也试图进入该领域市场。根据国际知名调研机构预计:供应链业务在发达国家
的年增长率将达 10%~30%,在新兴经济体将达 20%~25%。从国内的情况看,
贸易融资也是众多中小股份制银行拓展信贷市场的主打信贷产品,而四大国有银
行也逐步对贸易融资业务予以重点关注,抢占市场份额,同业竞争异常激烈。同
时,中小企业融资难的问题,也将随着银行贸易融资业务的快速发展得到有效缓
解。
