我国旅游经济运行质量评价体系涉及多个指标，通过采用量化值加权函数法
这一综合评价方法，从时间上和空间上对我国旅游经济运行质量进行了测评，得
出以下结论：
年间，我国旅游经济运行质量差异较大。 年旅游经济运行质
量好， 年、 年、 年、 年旅游经济运行质量较好， 年、

年我国 31 个省（市）的旅游经济运行质量空间差异显著。江西、贵州、
西藏 3 省旅游经济运行质量好；云南、内蒙古、吉林、广西、山西、湖南、辽宁、
四川、甘肃、河北、青海、陕西、湖北、安徽 14 省旅游经济运行质量较好；福
建、山东、浙江、重庆、天津、江苏、河南、海南、北京、广东、宁夏 11 省旅
游经济运行质量较差；上海、新疆、黑龙江 3 省旅游经济运行质量差

Abstract
Since the reform and opening in 1978, our country economy have obtained the
rapid development and tourism industry has been thriving. Especially in recent years,
our country launched a series of policy for promoting the development of the tourism
industry, tourism has entered a stage of generalization and popularization and tourism
industry became one of the important industry of national economy. However, due to
the differences among the natural environment, geographical conditions, and the
ideological concept, etc, it still exist the extensive development pattern of high
quantity, low quality, and caused a certain degree of damage to the resources and
environment. Therefore, it is great significance to construction the evaluation index
system of tourism economic running quality and appraisal.
The evaluation index system of tourism economic running quality involves
multiple indicators. This paper evaluate on our country tourism economic running
quality by using the quantitative value weighted function method, and come to the
following conclusions:
China's tourism economy running quality have significant differences from

Tourism economic running quality of China's 31 provinces (municipalities) have

the fourteen province of yunnan, Inner Mongolia, jilin, guangxi, shanxi, hunan,
liaoning, sichuan, gansu, hebei, qinghai, shanxi, hubei, anhui; tourism economy
running quality is poor in the eleven province of fujian, shandong, zhejiang,
chongqing, tianjin, jiangsu, henan, hainan, beijing, guangdong, ningxia; tourism
economy running quality is bad in the three province of shanghai, xinjiang and
heilongjiang.
