南方天合底盘系统有限公司 供应商质量保证手册 Supplier Quality Assurance Manual - CSG TRW Chassis Systems Co., Ltd 第三版 Third Version 2014年1月1日 January 1, 2014 南方天合底盘系统有限公司供应商质量保证手册 第三版本手册根据 GSQM （ TRW 汽车集团与其供货厂之间的《全球供应商质量手册》，获取地址： https://vin.trw/ ）的总体要求进行制定。本手册适用于所有直接材料 \ 服务供应商。本手册中 未涉及的部分按 GSQM 的要求执行。南方天合底盘系统有限公司以下简称南方天合。 This manual is developed based on general requirements of GSQM (Global supplier Quality Manual signed between TRW Automotive and its supplier which is released on TRW website https://vin.trw/). This manual is applicable to all direct material / service Suppliers. For any case not covered in the manual, all Suppliers to CSG TRW Chassis Systems Co., Ltd (hereinafter to be referred as CTCS) shall implement as GSQM requirements. 1. 质量保证、审核、验证和质量管理体系认证的要求 Quality warranty, audit, validation and quality management system certification requirements 1.1 供应商须将其最新的组织机构图、董事长、总经理、相应质量负责人、联系方式（邮件、传真、 电话）以硬拷贝的方式提供给南方天合质量部。 Supplier should provide his latest organization chart, President, General Manager and relevant quality responsible person, contact method (e-mail, fax and telephone) to CTCS Quality Department in hard copy. 1.2 双方必须遵循南方天合发布的最新版本产品图和双方签订的技术协议。 Both parties should follow the latest product drawing which is issued by CTCS and the technical agreement which is signed by the two parties. 1.3 在南方天合事先通知的情况下，供应商应允许南方天合或南方天合与其客户在任何适当的时间 参观其生产现场，并对供应商质量管理体系的运行情况、生产过程或产品进行检查、评估和审 核。在该期间，供应商应给予充分的合作,并对发现的问题及时整改，以不断提升质量水平， 达到南方天合期望。 Supplier should allow CTCS and/or its customer to visit his production site at any proper time when request and check, evaluate and audit the quality management system with prior advice of CTCS. In the process of audit, Supplier should adequately co-operate with CTCS and implement improvement on finding issues in such a way to continue promoting quality level and meet CTCS’ expectations. 1.4 南方天合对供应商的体系要求： Quality System requirements: 1.4.1. 南方天合要求所有直接材料供应商及过程供应商必须通过ISO/TS16949:2009质量体系认 证； All direct material suppliers and process suppliers shall pass ISO/TS16949:2009; 1.4.2. 供应商承诺由具有资质的认证公司对其质量管理体系进行认证。供应商须及时向南方天合提 供有效的质量体系认可证书复印件。如果南方天合对供应商的体系运行情况或供应商体系审 核结果产生疑问，南方天合保留向其认证公司投诉的权利； 南方天合底盘系统有限公司供应商质量保证手册 第三版Supplier should timely provide CTCS copy of latest effective quality system certificate which is validated by qualified certification company. Supplier should promise that its quality management system must be certified by an independent and authorized certification company according to the regulation of the standard. If there is any doubt from CTCS on Supplier’s quality system operation or quality audit result, CTCS reserves the right to appeal to his certification company; 1.4.3. 对未通过ISO/TS16949:2009质量体系的供应商和质量体系证书逾期没有再进行 ISO/TS16949:2009质量体系换证的的供应商，南方天合将保留停止供货、收取风险保证金 的权利。 For suppliers who don’t pass ISO/TS16949:2009 or whose quality system certificate is expired, CTCS has the rights to implement supply stop and ask for risk assurance deposit. 2. 过程管理要求 Process management requirements 2.1 新品开发阶段，供应商须严格遵守GSQM程序并按照南方天合要求向南方天合提供各阶段的 APQP文件，准时交付合格的样件及全尺寸（包括性能）检测报告；并在PPAP运行后（以南 方天合项目节点），认真如实按南方天合SDE、SQA与供应商共同签署的PCM项目进行检查， 每周向SQA提交SLP报告，直到收到由南方天合SQA签署的SLP退出函。 Supplier should comply with GSQM and provide APQP file, qualified sample and full size test report (including capacity) shall be delivered on time to CTCS as required during new product development and conduct relevant check according to PCM which is countersigned among SDE、SQA and supplier after PPAP running. Submit SLP report to SQA weekly till receiving CTCS approved SLP Exit letter. 2.2 供应商的PPAP运行须严格按照南方天合要求进行，PPAP文件包的格式需要遵从南方天合管 理规定。关键特性的测量系统分析需要满足R&R <10%的要求。在未满足的情况下，针对单向 公差尺寸，对过程控制公差进行3sigma 的收缩，针对双向公差尺寸，对过程公差进行 +/-3sigma收缩，同时需要向南方天合提供MSA改善计划并实施。供应商有证据表明对关键 特性的测量系统进行了定期的监控。关重工序能力指数（CPK）必须不小于1.67，如果未达到 要求，则必须采取相应的检测手段对所提供的产品进行100%检验，同时，供应商要努力改进 生产过程，使其工序能力指数至少达到这一指标。 Supplier shall ensure that PPAP documentation and format are in accordance with the requirements of CTCS. Measurement system analysis for key characteristics shall meet R&R <10%; if not, for unilateral tolerance size, conduct 3sigma shrinkage in process control tolerance, for bilateral tolerance size, +/-3sigma shrinkage and present and implement MSA improvement plan at the same time. Supplier has the evidence to show that they have implemented regular monitoring on key characteristics measurement system. Key station CPK shall be more than 1.67, if not reach, 100% inspection on supplied product shall be implemented with related test method. Meanwhile, Supplier should make efforts to improve production process and make CPK reach the target. 南方天合底盘系统有限公司供应商质量保证手册 第三版2.3 未经南方天合同意，供应商不能擅自变更产品设计和变更生产过程，过程变更包括生产厂址、 供应商的分供商、零部件生产过程、工装、检测方法、包装等与PPAP批准的过程不一致的变 动，所有变更都必须遵从南方天合变更管理要求，南方天合保留是否进行确认的权利；供应商 未经南方天合书面批准擅自进行变更，除了承担一切相关的质量损失外，根据严重程度不同还 将被置于新业务终止，甚至被提交至公司资源评估会进行评估。 Supplier cannot change product design and production process (consist of manufacturing location, sub-supplier, components production process, tooling, test method and any other not consistent with PPAP approval process) without prior consent of CTCS. All the change shall be consistent with CTCS change management requirements and CTCS has the right to identify. Supplier who conduct change without authorization is responsible for all quality lost related and may be resulted to new business end per its severity, even to be assessed by company resources evaluation. 2.4 供应商须遵循南方天合对质量记录的管理要求：①关重参数记录至少保存15年，②其它记录 至少保存5年，并确保南方天合可以随时查阅。 Supplier should follow the quality documentation requirements of CTCS: Keep the records of key and significant parameters for at least 15 years and other records for at least 5 years and CTCS can check these records at any time. 2.5 供应商必须遵守南方天合入厂验收方面的规定和要求。 Supplier shall comply with the incoming acceptance specifications and requirements of CTCS. 3. 包装与运输 Packaging and Transportation 3.1供应商的包装应确保产品在运输、存储和到南方天合现场过程中产品的质量。 Supplier should guarantee the intact of product during transportation, storage or shipping to CTCS. 3.2 供应商应遵循与南方天合商定的产品包装系统和运输方式。包装作为PPAP运行的一部分必须 获得批准。 Supplier should follow the product packaging system and transportation way agreed with CTCS. Packaging shall be approved as a part of PPAP. 3.3 包装必须保证产品批次不能混淆,包装标签应符合南方天合的要求，并保证包装标签上的批次
