摘要
本论文通过回顾中小企业的产生和发展状况,认真分析中小企业生存发
展中生命周期各阶段存在的问题,提出了加强中小企业全寿期的对策和建议。

本论文以中小企业生存发展理论和生命周期理论为基础,专门研究关于
中小企业的生命周期相应的论述。提出了解决中小企业生命周期问题的对策,
并指出了加强中小企业核心竞争力、打造中小型企业文化、培养战略型企业
家队伍以及产业集群是中小企业做到长寿公司的有效途径。

论文分析了相关中小企业生存发展理论,从中小企业角度出发,认为中
小企业生命周期在战略实施过程中有其自身特点。结合艾迪思生命周期理论,
分析了中小企业生命周期各阶段的特点及影响因素,并从人力资源,融资,
技术创新,中小企业战略管理几个方面详尽地论述了相应的管理对策。是在
中小企业生存发展理论基础上对生命周期理论的拓展:是在中小企业生存发
展理论基础上,对企业生命周期各阶段管理要素的深入剖析。

本文根据中小企业全寿期发展特点,考虑国内学者关于一般企业生命周
期模型,提出了中小企业模型以及中小企业生命周期的修正模型。是对企业
生命周期理论的有益的探索。

在本文中,指出中小企业生命周期五个阶段:孕育期、婴儿期、成长期、
成熟期、衰退期。并且在每一阶段都有不同的表现和特点。企业在发展过程
中,一定要密切关注自己身处哪个阶段,要根据每个阶段的要求进行相应的
调整,同时预见下一个周期的到来并及时调整策略。在文中,指出了提高企
业核心竞争力、打造中小型企业文化和培养战略型企业家队伍是中小企业长
寿内在因素;产业集群,合理的机制和产业政策是中小企业长寿的外因。让
中小企业长盛不衰的出路在于:在分析企业生命周期所处阶段的基础上,根
据特定阶段,并结合中小企业生命周期的特点,与时俱进,正确决策。

Abstract
Through viewing the generation and development situation of medium—sized
and small enterprises,the paper thoroughly analyzes the existing problems in each
stage of life cycle and provides corresponding measurement and suggestion for
strengthening these enterprises in the whole life cycle.
On the basis of theories of both existence-development and life cycle,the
corresponding statement of the life cycle of this kind of enterprise has been
specially studied and then the measurement of the cycle problem has also been
offered.In addition,the effective approaches to strengthen the enterprises’key
competition power and cultivate strategy-typed enterpriser team and industrial
group for prolonging the life ofthese enterprises.
The paper analyzes the existence and development theory of the relative
medium—sized and small enterprises.From the view point ofaboveenterprises,the
life cycles possess their own characteristics in the course of strategy execution.
Integrating with Addis theory on life cycle,the characteristics and influence
factors in each period of the above cycle have been analyzed and moreover the
corresponding management measurement has been discussed in detail from the
aspects of human resources,capital collection,technical innovation and the
strategic management of medium—sized and small enterprises.It is on the basis of
the existence and development theory of their enterprises that the theory of life
cycle is developed and also the deep analysis of management factors in each
period ofthe life cycle ofthis kind ofenterprise is conducted.
According to the whole life development characteristics of medium-sized
and small enterprises,the revised models of the above enterprises and these life
cycles are presented through considering the provide life cycle model of general
enterprise by domestic scholars.The above research is useful exploration to the
China Cloud theory of enterprise life cycle.
There are 5 stages in the life cycle of medium—sized and small enterprises
that are brought out in this paper:breeding period,babyhood period,growing-up
period,maturing period and aging period.In addition,different period displays
different behaviors and features.In the COurSe of enterprise development,the
existed period must be closely considered and the corresponding adjustment must
be made according to the specific requirements of each period.At the same time,
the coming cycle and timely adjustment strategy must be predicted.In the paper,
enhancing key competition power of the enterprises and cultivating strategy-typed
enterpriser team are regarded as the inner factors to last the life of medium—sized
and small enterprises;meanwhile industrial group&policies and reasonable
mechanism are referred to their external factors.The favorite way out for
medium-sized and small enterprises thriving forever lies in:on the basis of
analyzing the existing specific period of enterprise life cycle,advancing with
times and making correct decisions by integrating with the life.cycle
characteristics ofthe kind ofenterprise.
