随着天池自然保护区的建立以及保护行动的深入,天池自然保护区周边社区

与保护区的矛盾冲突愈演愈烈。在寻求发展的目的下,社区的土地利用必然会对

自然保护区及其周边地区的生态环境造成不良影响。

本文以“云南云龙天池国家级自然保护区保护策略研究”项目为支撑,主要

采用了遥感与地理信息系统相结合、定性与定量相结合的分析方法,通过社区土

地利用变化特征及其对保护的影响分析,识别自然保护区周边社区土地利用变化

的规律特征,分析社区土地利用变化对保护区自然保护的影响。

通过研宄,本文得出以下两点主要结论:

(1)天池自然保护区周边社区在2000年至2014年间的土地利用变化比较

明显。社区的建设用地大幅增加,草地和裸地面积增加,林地、耕地和水域面积

减少。(2)天池自然保护区周边社区的土地利用变化对保护影响较大,尤其是北

片片区周边社区。但社区土地利用变化的规律性特征使其对保护的潜在威胁呈现

出较好的态势。建设用地的大幅增加,林地的减少和裸地的增加,加大了社区土

地利用给保护区及其周边地区生态环境的影响。但是总的来说,距离保护区较近

的区域,其土地利用的稳定性相对较高,对保护的不良影响较小。

基于以上的研宄结果,本文最后提出四点建议。第一,引导社区合理利用土

地;第二,加强社区共管建设,缓解社区与自然保护区之间的冲突,使自然保护

区与社区形成良好的合作关系;第三,加强对社区合理利用土地和对自然保护的

宣传与教育;第四,加强对自然保护区北片周边社区的扶持和引导力度,以及重

点区域的监测和管理。

Abstract

With the establishment of TianChi nature reserve and the deepening of protection

actions, the conflicts between TianChi nature reserve with its surrounding

communities intensified. Under the purpose of seeking development, communities'

land use is bound to bring adverse impact to the ecological environment of nature

reserve and its surrounding area.

This paper was based on YunNan YunLong TianChi national nature reserve

protection strategy research,,project; mainly adopt remote sensing and geographic

information system, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,

through analyze the characteristics of communities' land use change and its impact on

the protection of nature reserve, to identify the regular features of communities' land

use change, and then analyze the influence on the nature protection of nature reserve

by the communities' land use change.

Through the research, this paper concludes two following conclusions:

(1) TianChi nature reserve surrounding communities' land use change from the

year of 2000 to 2014 is significantly. Communities' construction land increased

dramatically, the grass and the bare area increase,forest land,arable land and water

area decreased.

(2) The potential threat from TianChi nature reserve surrounding communities'

land use change to nature protection is serious, especially the north area. But the

regularity of communities' land use change makes it present a good situation. A big

increase in construction land and the increase of the forest land and bare land,

increasing the influence of the ecological environment of nature reserve and its

surrounding area by the communities' land use. But overall, closer from TianChi

nature reserve, the stability of the land use is relatively higher,the bad influence is

less.

Finally, based on the research results, this paper put forward four proposals. First,

to lead communities use land reasonable; Second,to strengthen the construction of

community co-management, alleviate the conflict between communities and nature

reserve, make the nature reserve and community to form good relations of cooperation;

Third,to strengthen the publicity and education to the communities about the rational

use of land and the natural protection; Fourth, to strengthen the support and guide to

the surrounding communities of TianChi nature reserve's north area,and strengthen

the observation and management of important area.
