摘要

本文对宽带薪酬的概念、理论特征、及其适用范围和组织类型进行了综述性

研宄,结合研究结果,针对云南A公司经过近10年的发展至今形成的管理状况

和逐渐凸显的问题,针对性地提出了适用于该公司员工的宽带薪酬体系。该体系

应用宽带薪酬理论,全面、系统地分析了该公司现行的薪酬模式及其逐步暴露出

来的弊端,并提出了针对相应问题的员工宽带薪酬体系,以期提高该公司的效益,

带动企业和员工的共同发展,达到健康、长远发展。首先根据A公司的实际情

况,从实际情况出发,其次从国内外两个角度选取两个相关的成功案例对A公

司的宽带薪酬设计提供一定的参考价值,然后针对云南A公司实际情况,提出

了适用性较高的宽带薪酬模式,最后借助于问卷调查手段,进行了薪酬模式实施

前后效果的评估、对比和分析。同时,该模式不仅仅针对A公司,对该行业具

有相似管理问题的公司均具有借鉴意义。

本文得出的主要结论有:宽带薪酬的激励效果是有别于其他薪酬模式的,其

对企业内部强调合作性,对外部行业或企业具有较好的竞争性,并实现了对员工

最大化的激励程度,能够达到吸引同行业市场上的优秀人和有效保留企业现有优

秀员工的效果。对于A公司来说,一方面要在公司领导的关心、支持、带领下

严格、系统的推进宽带薪酬制度建设,另一方面也要在实施的过程中,不断总结

新出现的问题和出现新问题的原因,促进企业薪酬体系的动态的合理调整、适时

适当调整,力求保持所实施薪酬体系最大化的激励效果。

This essay studies the research of the broadband salary reviews, according to

the characteristics of the broadband salary theory and type,and its applicable

organizations select A company in yunnan province as the research object.On the

theory of broadband pay, systematically analyzed problems existing in the current

compensation model, A company in order to improve the defects of compensation

mode and increasing the benefit of the company and realize the sustainable

development of the company,first of all,according to the actual situation of A

company,starting from the actual situation,the second from two angles to choose

both at home and abroad related to the successful cases of A company's broadband

salary design provides A certain reference value,to establish A set of suitable for

broadband salary pattern from A company in yunnan, finally through the

questionnaire survey on the status of the broadband salary before and after the

implementation of A company is analyzed and indicate the reasons.Hope to be able to

implement broadband pay for other companies in the sector have a reference and

reference.

In this paper, the main conclusions are: broadband pay is the biggest role in

collaborative, external competitive, maximize the motivate employees,in order to

attract and retain good people.For A company,on the one hand,the company

leadership concern, support, strict, led system of pushing forward the construction of

the broadband salary system, on the other hand also want to in the process of

implementation,constantly summarize the reasons of the emergence of new problems

and new problems,to be able to adjust employees' salary pay structure.
