伴随着现代社会的发展和科学技术的进步,产业融合迅猛无比,成为各大产业在发

展过程中的显著特征。特别是科学技术的不断创新与应用等使得一些原本分立的产业开

始相互渗透、相互融合,产业融合正引导着一股股新业态的崛起。2009年,我国《关于

促进文化与旅游结合发展的指导意见》的出台,开始为旅游和文化这两个朝阳产业的融

合发展给予了一定的政策倾斜,标志着它们互动融合的发展迈向了一个新的台阶。旅游

产业和文化产业的融合发展,不仅能够促进两大产业自身的发展,而且也符合了全面协

调可持续发展的理念,可为一个地区乃至整个国家的社会经济优化升级和结构转型提供

源源不绝的创意活力,具有重大的战略性作用。

本文首先在扼要地阐述了论文的研究背景、文献综述和意义的基础上,交代了写作

思路和主要内容等,介绍了包括概念分析和理论应用等相关理论基础;其次,合理地运

用产业融合的相关理论探讨了旅游与文化这两大服务产业在互动交叉的发展过程中的

机制问题,重点剖析了其中的动因和路径等;再次,认真梳理了楚雄彝族自治州旅游产

业和文化产业的基础现状,总结出相关成功经验和存在问题,重点探索楚雄彝族自治州

旅游与文化两大产业互动融合的途径和对策;最后,则是总结、归纳了主要的研究结论,

指出自身的研宄局限,并为更加深入的研究指明了方向,期望可以促进该州旅游产业与

文化产业在互动融合过程中有效地实现理论与实践相结合,互赢发展。

Abstract

With the daily development of modern society and rapid changes of technology,the

industry convergence are the characteristic features of a variety of industries. Especially the

rapid changes in innovation and application of technology make some non-correlated industries

start to penetrate into each other and converge with each other and are leading a emergence of

new format. In 2009, the Guidance to Promote the Development of Culture and Tourism was

issued,which begins to gives certain preferential policy in part to the convergence of two

sunrise industries, tourism industry and culture industry, and marked a sign that the interacted

convergence of them reached a new stage. The convergence development of tourism industry

and culture industry can not only promote their respective development, but also accordant with

concepts of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development and bring continuous

originality and vitality for the optimization and upgrading and the structural transformation of

economic development in an area or even a whole country, which could makes a great sense in

the strategy.

Firstly, on the base of brief introduction of the background, literature review,significance

of the study, the paper gives the idea of writing and main content of it,then it states basic related

theories, such as the theory analyses and theoretical applications. Second, it discusses the

mechanism of the interacted convergence between these two service industries,tourism

industry and cultural industry, by using the theory of industrial convergence scientifically,

especially the motivation and path of it. Third,the paper carefully sorts out the basic current

situations of the convergence of tourism industry and cultural industry in Chuxiong Yi

Autonomous Prefecture and sums up its successful experiences and problems related,especially

explores the ways and countermeasures to achieve the convergence development of these two

industries in this prefecture. Lastly the paper summarizes the main research conclusions,points

out the limitations of the research, and indicates the direction to better studies, and then it

expects the study could promote the combination between theory research and practice research

in the process of the industrial convergence development and realize win-win of these two

industries in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture.
