摘 要
AB 银行私人银行业务现状及发展研究
私人银行业务是一种专门面向高净值客户群体提供的、服务水平和等级优于一般
客户群体的银行金融服务的总称。在服务过程中将各类金融产品、服务和技术整合在
一起,注重高端、私密和个性化服务专业化水平。

私人银行业务起源于十六世纪的国外,目前已是国外银行的支柱性业务;二千零
七年私人银行业务在国内起步,伴随中国经济持续快速发展私人银行业务逐步形成体
系,私人银行的目标客户群体资产规模迅速扩大,为私人银行客户市场带来巨大的发
展空间,中资银行和外资银行已经将发展重点锁定在私人银行客户服务领域。

本文由私人银行业务发展的起源及发展脉络切入,运用管理学理论将私人银行业
务对于银行业发展的意义和价值作出阐述;然后文章从发展模式、目标客户、组织架
构、考核体系和服务体系等方面将国内私人银行业务发展同国外私人银行业务进行了
比较,采用比较分析法对比中资银行和外资银行私人银行客户服务策略的差异;本文
对国内外私人银行客户发展概况进行了分析介绍后,引入 AB 银行私人银行服务发展情
况,运用了数据比较与分析比较等方法对国内私人银行客户市场的目标客户、市场潜
力、资产构成和服务需求进行了详细的分析,为 AB 银行私人银行针对客户需求开展高
端客户服务提供了市场依据,进而对 AB 银行私人银行服务策略进行了系统的研究,并
重点在产品与市场服务定位、品牌宣传建设、风险管控等方面提出解决策略。

Abstract
Research on the Development Strategy of the Private Banking in AB bank
Private banking is a specifically for high net worth customer groups, service level and
grade is better than general customer groups of banking and financial services in general. In
the service process will all kinds of financial products, services and technology integration
together, pay attention to high-end, private and individual professional level of service.
Origin of the private banking business in the sixteenth century foreign. Currently, it is the
pillar business of foreign banks; years of private banking business in China to start, with
China's economy sustained and rapid development of private banking business and gradually
form a system, the private bank's target customer groups, the rapid expansion of asset scale,
private banking clients market brings enormous space for development, Chinese funded
banks and foreign banks has been the focus of development locked in a private banking
customer service field.
The origin and development of the private banking business development perspective,
the use of management the significance and value of private banking business for the
development of banking industry to explain the theory; then from the development mode,
target customers, organizational structure, evaluation system and service system and other
aspects of the domestic private banking business development with foreign private banking
business the comparative analysis of differences in strategy, the service method comparison
of Chinese banks and foreign banks private banking clients; the development of the domestic
and foreign private banking clients are introduced and analyzed, introduced AB development
of private banking services, the use of data comparison and analysis method comparison of
the customer market of domestic private banking customers market potential, asset
composition, and service requirements are analyzed in detail, provides a basis for the market
AB private bank customer demand for development of high-end customer service, and made
a systematic research on the AB private banking service strategy, and focus on the productand
