本文共分为七章内容,第一章首先介绍了本文的选题背景及意义,明确研究的方法
与内容,提出研究思路及框架结构。第二章对企业战略相关理论进行概述,简要介绍发
展战略与战略管理、战略管理原则、战略管理的层次、战略管理的国内发展等内容,同
时,重点介绍企业发展战略PEST环境分析法、波特五力竞争分析模型、SWOT分析、
市场增长潜力波士顿矩阵4种分析方法,为下文进行分析研究工作提供有力支持。第三
章主要对西部机场实业公司外部、内部环境进行分析,并且运用战略环境的SWOT分
析法对企业外部、内部环境分析结果给予客观评价。第四章是西部机场集团实业公司发
展战略的设计和制定,提出发展战略的指导思想、基本原则及目标定位,并在此基础上
制定企业总体发展战略及其基本战略内容。第五章给出西部机场集团实业公司发展战略
实施及其控制的相关措施,第六章发展战略的评价,第七章为本文结论。
本文期望通过笔者的研究,试图回答当前阶段机场实业公司面临的发展困境,并给
予其更多具有战略性、指导性、针对性、实践性的合理化建议,并在企业市场拓展、多
元化产业融合等领域给予企业战略支撑,为企业发展顺利实现转型升级,加快产业结构
调整与可持续发展提供有益借鉴。
