摘要
入世以来,我国商业银行一直面临外资银行瓜分市场份额、国内金融体制变革以
及利率市场化等挑战。2014年国务院政府工作报告提出,要继续深化金融体制改革,
打破现有金融格局,与世界接轨,并提出要推进民间资本设立中小型银行等金融机构
等改革举措。在全球经济一体化,国内经济周期下行,产业结构调整加剧,金融改革
不断深化,竞争力不断增大的背景下,我国商业银行靠天吃饭、同质化经营的好日子
已经一去不复返,商业银行明确战略定位、突出经营特色、提高核心竞争力是实现创
新发展的最核心环节,也是在金融变革潮流中立于不败之地的战略选择。

本文以平安银行为例,通过对国内外商业银行经营模式分析及价值链理论研究的
基础上,以“竞争优势”“价值链”、“协同”等作为理论依据,构建了本文的理论框架,
然后通过对银行业外部环境分析以及平安银行现行价值链解析,指出平安银行目前资
金来源,资金应用,组织架构,风险管理等方面运行的不完善以及在与中国平安集团
整合后,协同效应未充分利用等问题。并针对解决以上问题,构建出平安银行综合金
融价值链的方案设计,以此确立平安银行的核心竞争力,从而也为商业银行提升整体
运行效率及市场竞争力提供参考。
