摘要
Management Game是美国卡耐基梅隆(CMU)大学开设的一门商业企业战略管理训
练课程。该课程充分利用计算机和互联网技术,以学员交互模拟中心为平台开发的国际
上多所大学参与、构建的一个模拟的国际动态竞争性市场经营环境的全球性战略管理课
程。该课程让5-6名MBA学员组成模拟公司的高层管理人员团队经营和管理一家跨国公
司,经过为期三年的模拟经营,使MBA学员们在动态竞争环境的分析判断能力、团队管
理与合作技能、公司职能管理能力以及自我展示能力等方面得到训练,从而提高学员作
为商业企业管理者所必备的技能。

2009届MBAII班的六名学员组成了 “环球计时国际表业公司(Global Timing
International Watches)”参与MG的模拟运营,成员分别承担首席执行官、首席财务
官、销售总监(两名)和生产总监(两名)的职务,各自承担总体运营At务管理、销
售管理和生产管理的责任。公司旗下拥有竞速(SPEEDUP)和典藏(CLASSICE COLLECTION)
两大系列产品,销售覆盖中国、美国、德国、日本、墨西哥和英国这六个国家的市场。

本文陈述了在整个MG的模拟环境中,笔者作为环球计时国际表业公司(GTIW)的
首席执行官,运用在校期间所学的战略管理等相关理论知识和企业管理实践经验指导团
队运营公司的过程。其中具体包括:公司品牌和核心价值观的创立以及公高管的组织
架构;历史经营数据分析以及公司的愿景规划、战略分析、战略方案制模拟运营
中的战略执行、战略调整、业绩分析、风险控制等;对未来的展望及规划。

本文共分六章,第一章介绍了 MG课程,以及环球计时表业公司的概况等。第二章
阐述了战略管理理论。第三章分析并制定了环球计时表业公司2011-2013年发展战略。

第四章对环球计时表业公司2011-2013年的发展战略的实施和控制情况进行了分析。第
五章对GT公司2014-2016年的发展战略进行了规划,并提出了风险控制预案。第六章
为参加MG模拟运营的体会与建议。

ABSTRACT
Management Game is a business strategic management training course that was created
by Carnegie Mellon University of America. Taking the interactive simulated center as a
platform, the course utilizes computer and internet technology to develop a globalized
strategic management training program with simulated international dynamic competitive
market environment, in which many universities around the world participated. In the course,
5-6 MBA students simulated an executive management team of an international corporation.
By 3-year simulated operation, it trains MBA students analyzing and forecasting ability in
competitive environment,team management and cooperating ability, functions management
and presentation ability. And, it improves the students to obtain necessary skills as an
executive manager of a company.
6 students of 2009 NEU MBA II founded Global Timing International Watches
Corporation for the simulation, team members took the relevant roles of CEO,CFO,CMO(2
p^sons) and CPO(2 persons),who were respective in charge of executive operation,
financial management,marketing management and production management, covered China,
USA, Deutschland, Japan, Mexico and UK national markets.
This thesis presents how the writer managed the team in the period of the MG simulation
by using the theory of strategy management and the management experience of business
practices. That contains: Founded corporation branding, core value, and executive
organization framework; Historical data analysis, and vision programming, strategic analysis
and planning; Strategic implementation and realignment, performance analysis and risk
control; Forecasting and programming for future.
There are six chapters in the thesis and the first chapter introduces the MG program and
the general situation of GTWI Corporation; the second chapter states relevant strategy
management theories; the third chapter analyzes and institute GTIW development strategies
from 2011 to 2013; the fourth chapter analyzes the development strategies implementation
and control of GTWI in 2011 to 2013; the fifth chapter proposes the development strategy of
2014 to 2016,and follows proposal of risk control; the sixth chapter contains experiences and
suggestions
