摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展,企业在行业市场中的竞争也日趋激烈,人作为技
术与知识的载体,使得企业竞争的核心就是人才的竞争,人力资源已经成为提升
企业竞争力的关键资源。企业要想实现整体利益和长期利益的最大化,就必须把
工作重点放在如何激励和开发员工的潜能和工作热情上,而薪酬就是最直接也是
最有效的一种激励手段。薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理工作的重点,薪酬管理方
案的设计与实施则是整个薪酬管理基础。薪酬管理不仅涉及到员工的切身利益,
还牵动着企业的运营效率,因此,如何设计出科学、规范、合理的薪酬管理方案,
使企业能够在瞬息万变的环境中得以生存和发展变得非常重要。正是在这样的背
景下,本文依据薪酬管理的理论研究框架,以XHLN公司现行的薪酬管理方案为
研究对象,对其进行了再设计。

本文在第一章引言中,阐述了论文选题的背景、研究内容、研究框架以及研
究方法等。在第二章中,重点阐述了薪酬和薪酬管理的界定、薪酬的分类及构成、
薪酬的功能、影响薪酬设计的因素,并对薪酬及薪酬管理理论进行了简要的概述。

在第三章中,着重分析了 XHLN公司及其薪酬管理现状,指出了其现行薪酬管理
方案好的经验和存在的问题。在此基础上,在第四章中,本着公平、竞争、激励、
经济、合法及可行的原则,对XHLN公司薪酬管理方案进行了重新设计,包括方
案设计的目的、设计流程以及主题设计内容等。第五章提出了为XHLN公司薪酬
管理方案有效实施所需要加强的配套保障措施。第六章是本文的结论与展望。

Research on Salary Management of Snow Breweries
Liaoning Co., Ltd.
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of science and technology enterprises in the
industry market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, as the carrier of
technology and knowledge, making the core of the enterprise competition is the
talent competition, and human resources have become key resources to enhance
the competitiveness of enterprises. Salary management is the focus of corporate
human resources management, salary management program design and
implementation is the basis of the entire salary management. Therefore, how to
design a scientific norms and reasonable salary n management program, to enable
enterprises to be able to survive in a rapidly changing environment and
development has become very important. It is in this context that the research
based on the theory of compensation management, redesign the salary
management program of Snow Breweries Liaoning Co., Ltd.
Chapter 1 describes the research background and its significance of the
paper, and then introduces its research framework and main content and its major
research methods and so on; Chapter 2 expounds the definition of the salary and
salary management, salary of the classification and structure, compensation
function,influence factors of salary design, and the salary and salary
management theory summarizes briefly; Chapter 3 gives a brief introduction of
Snow Breweries Liaoning Co., Ltd. from four aspects: the
organizational structure, the business scope,the corporate culture and the
business conditions in recent years, that make the readers have a general
understanding of the research object; Chapter 4 redesign the Snow Breweries
Liaoning Co” Ltd. salary management solutions, including design purpose,
design process and main design content; Chapter 5 proposes several supporting
security measures; Chapter 6 is the conclusion.
