摘 要

经济全球化的加速,知识经济的迅猛发展,使得我国企业经营环境、管理环境变得

更加复杂和不确认,尤其在高速发展的IT行业,面临着越来越激烈的国内和国际竞争。

绩效管理作为人力资源管理的重要组成部分,也是企业内部激励机制的基础,企业为了

提高自身的竞争能力,开始探索提高和改善绩效的有效途径,以提高企业的凝聚力和激

励员工取得优秀的工作绩效。

S公司作为IT公司,其要求员工的技能水平、专业性都比较高,为了应对日益激烈

的市场竞争,S公司必须要加强员工的管理。人力资源作为企业竞争的一个重要方面,

对于提升企业的核心竞争力有着重要的影响。员工绩效管理能够通过有效的方法对员工

的行为与业绩进行全方位的考核,能够对员工进行全面的衡量、有效的监督与指导,并

且将绩效考核的结果运用到员工的薪酬体系与奖惩中,能够有效的激励员工,调动员工

的积极性,促进企业的发展。

本研究以S公司TD事业部员工绩效管理为研究对象,釆取案例分析的方法,从S

公司TD事业部的实际情况出发,针对TD事业部员工绩效管理存在的问题,并进行深

入的分析探讨,寻求相应的解决方法,促使S公司TO事业部总体效益的提升。

Case Study on Employee Performance Management for TD Business Unit

of S Company

Abstract

Acceleration of economic globalization,the rapid development of knowledge economy,

making our business environment, regulatory environment has become more complex and are

not recognized, especially in the rapid development of the IT industry is facing increasingly

intense domestic and international competition. Performance management is an important part

of human resource management is the foundation of enterprise incentive mechanism, the

enterprise in order to improve their competitiveness, enhance and improve the performance

began to explore effective ways to improve the cohesion and motivate employees to achieve

outstanding job performance .

S company as IT companies, which require skill level of employees, professional and

higher, in order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition, S companies must

strengthen staff management. As an important aspect of human resource business competition,

for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises have an important impact. Employee

performance management through effective method of employee behavior and performance

of a full range of assessment, be able to conduct a comprehensive measure of staff, effective

supervision and guidance, and the results of performance appraisal system applied to the

employee's salary and incentives in can effectively motivate employees, to mobilize the

enthusiasm of employees, promote the development of enterprises.

In this study, TD S Corporation Employee Performance Management Division for the

study, case study approach to take, starting from the actual situation of the company TD S

Division, Division for the TD employee performance management problems, and in-depth

analysis and discussion seek appropriate solutions, prompting S company TD Division

enhance overall effectiveness.
