摘 要
随着经济、社会和时代的发展，城市被赋予了前所未有的经济、政治和
技术的权利。然而，人口不断增加，城市规模不断扩大，城市想要实现可持
续发展，却又不得不面临着多方面的挑战和威胁，未来城市的发展和城市管
理更加具有综合性、系统性，也需要在技术的发展支持下具备智能化的自我
管理特点，才能有效的在不管膨胀的人口等环境下，实现城市的健康、长期、
稳定发展。在这样的要求下，无线城市自然而然就产生了。当然要想更全面
了解无线城市，就是先解释一下其概念，就是让无线网络的覆盖到城市的每
一个角落，让在这个城市里生活的人们能够随时随地的享受到更为方便、更
为快捷、更为告诉的无线网络，确保在这个城市里生活的人能够用最快的时
间得到他们想得到的信息。同时，无线城市通信网络的良好基础搭建好了以
后，再对这个城市里的基础设施与生活发展相关的各方面内容进行全方面的
信息化处理和利用，具有对城市地理、资源、生态、环境、人口、经济、社
会等复杂系统的信息网络化管理、服务与决策功能的信息体系

本文通过借鉴国内外各个国家各种无线城市的发展形态，结合哈尔滨市
城市信息化发展现状，找出目前哈尔滨市信息化发展存在的问题

本文以哈尔滨移动无线城市发展为分析对象，结合无线城市自身的技术
性、商业性等特点，本着客观的原则，对哈尔滨移动无线城市的发展现状进
行了深入的分析与研究，并提出了解决问题的发展对策建议。以此加快哈尔
滨移动无线城市发展，从而促进哈尔滨市经济社会发展

Abstract
The modern development of economy and society has given the cities
unprecedented rights of economy, politics and technology. While the increase
of population and city size brings forth various challenges and difficulties. If the
city wants to realize effective sustainable development, the future progress and
city management should be more integrated, systematic and intelligent zed with
the support of technology development in the conditions of continuous growth of
the population, so that the wireless city has arisen to meet the needs. Wire less
city, refers to the coverage and service of wireless network in the whole city,
which provides faster connection and wire speed to realize the convenient access
to the information. Based on the communication network of the wireless city, the
access and use of the information related to city infrastructure construction and
all respects of life directs the complicated and systematic management, service
and strategies of city geography, environment, nature, resources, population,
economy and society.
With the reference of development of wireless cities in different countries
abroad and at home, the author analyzed the current situation of the information
construction in Harbin and pointed out the problems lie in it.
The thesis makes a thorough research and analysis the development of the
wireless network in Harbin in the aspects of technology, business, etc. from
objective perspective and puts forward advisable solutions in hope that it can
accelerate the development of wireless network and social economy in Harbin.
