摘 要
本文首先分析了资金池的形成及其运作管理模式，考量处于不同国家的子公司资金如何更
为有效的调拨、利用，如何更方便、快捷、简单的管理控制跨国间的资金流通，跨国资金池成
为我们着重研究的内容。本文通过分析研究东希集团公司是否可以利用现在先进的英特网络，
通过国际性银行，使用其网银平台系统，把不同国家的子公司的资金统一到一个银行系统中进
行集中管理。分析研究是否可以对资金池中不同国家的不同货币所存在的汇率风险加以控制

本论文尝试借鉴中国境内的资金池模式，结合企业的需要和实际情况及自己从业岗位的经验和
要求，力图通过分析研究，找出跨国企业网上银行操作资金池的可能性，找出更为有效、方
便、快捷的跨国度资金管控方式，尽量减少不同货币产生的汇率风险，减少资金借款利息支
出，节约财务费用，使集团资金效益最大化

ABSTRACT
The Thesis firstly analyzes the formation and the operation management
mode of the funds pooling in different countries. International Funds Pool is
our focuses content after consideration of how effectively allocate, cash flow
control, how convenient and simple management of international cash, After
analysis the current cash status of “East Hope Group”, we are considering
to use the “e-bank” solution from International Banking system （like
BOA etc）to consolidate all of the different countries’ bank account. The
Thesis also analysis on how to control and avoid the exchange rate risk
between different countries. After consideration of East Hope`s actual status
and also my personal working experience, we try to find out a better solution
to use international E-BANK to control and manage the Worldwide Cash
flow efficiently, conveniently, and quickly to avoid any potential Exchange
Rate Loss and decrease the loan interest and any Financial Fee to get more
profit for the Group’s Cash flow.
