伴随着金融全球化与金融自由化进程的加快以及企业融资市场的逐渐崛起,

传统商业银行依靠利息收入的融资市场正面临着很大的挑战,生存空间被挤压,

并且伴随着国内市场经济制度的实施以及金融体制改革的逐渐推进,业务创新逐

步进入投资银行领域,投资银行业务已成为现代金融业的支柱之一,投资银行在

社会经济发展中的地位幵始日益凸显,企业对投资银行业务的需求也越来越迫切。

目前我国金融市场上已经成长了一批证券公司、信托公司、基金公司,但其业务

多只局限于一个方面,但其规模很小,业务范围不广,并未重视资本配置以及制

定发展战略,所以,作为金融市场的主导者,商业银行必须开展投资银行业务,

逐渐变成竞争力极强、资本雄厚、能够推动我国金融市场快速发展的银行。工商

银行内蒙古分行为顺应这一趋势,全面提升综合竞争力,竞争优质客户,大力发

展投资银行业务是其必然选择。本文试图从内蒙古自治区资源丰富的特殊性出发,

在国内外对于投资银行业务相关研究的基础上,通过对工商银行内蒙古分行投资

银行业务开展的现状和存在的问题分析,对工商银行内蒙古分行幵展投资银行业

务作出思考和研究,并提出对策建议。

Abstract

field,the business of investment bank has become one of the pillars of modern financial

industry, the status of investaient bank in the development of the social economy began

to become increasingly prominent, the demand for investment banking business is more

and more urgent. At present, China's financial market has been the growth of a number

of securities companies,trust companies, the fund company, but its business is confined

to one aspect, but the scale is small, the business scope is not wide, did not pay attention

to the allocation of capital and formulate development strategy, therefore, as the leader

of the financial market, commercial banks must carry out the business of investment

bank, has become highly competitive, with abundant capital,to promote the rapid

development of China's financial market bank. Industrial and Commercial Bank of

China Inner Mongolia branch to comply with this trend, improve comprehensive

competitive, competitive quality customers, vigorously develop the business of

investment bank is the inevitable choice. This paper attempts to start from the

particularity of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is rich in resources,based at

home and abroad for investment banking related research, through the status quo of the

investment banking business of ICBC Inner Mongolia branch and the existence problem

analysis, make a research on the industrial and Commercial Bank of China Inner

Mongolia branch of the investment banking business, and puts forward some

countermeasures and suggestions.
