摘 要
近年来,中国经济的飞速发展已受到全世界的关注,在此强劲的经济背景下,
中国的富裕人群正在迅速扩大,中国已经成为世界富裕人群增长最快的国家之一。

不断增加的富裕人群对私人银行业务有着旺盛的、日益增长的需求,针对此种现
状,中国银行业加快了私人银行业务发展的步伐,其中建设银行表现尤为突出。

自 2007 年开办私人银行业务以来,建设银行不断完善运行机制,逐步理顺联动关
系,业务基础得到夯实、经营管理能力大幅提升,对私人银行业务的战略性地位
的认知也进一步提高,建设银行私人银行业务正在以高速的发展势头抢夺市场。

但如何可持续地发展私人银行业务,与中国国情、政策体制、监管环境相适应的
私人银行业务发展模式究竟是什么?是值得我们银行从业者深入研究和探讨的。

中国银行业应迅速转变经营模式,不断提高核心竞争力,持续完善并确立具有自
身特色并符合国际银行业发展要求的私人银行业务发展模式,以客户为中心,为
高端客户提供专业化的、专属的、个性化的、尊享的增值服务,只有这样,中国
银行业才能减少甚至避免私人银行客户流失,才能不断在私人银行业务发展中获
得最终的胜利。

本文紧紧围绕将私人银行业务做实和发展的思想,结合中国建设银行开展私
人银行业务的全面分析,试图寻找私人银行本土化发展的途径。全文共分五大部
分进行探讨。首先,从介绍论文的研究背景、研究目的、技术路线和研究方法等
方面提出私人银行业务发展这一研究课题,在此基础上分析了国内外私人银行业
务发展的现状与启示,并以建设银行私人银行业务为例,进一步阐述制约中国建
设银行私人银行业务发展的障碍,最后对建设银行发展私人银行业务提出对策建
议。

Abstract
In recent years, the fast development of Chinese economy has become the focus of
the whole world. Under such economic background, the population of wealthy people is
expanding and China has become a country with the fastest growing wealthy people.
Aiming at meeting with the high demand and growing requirements of private banking
business from the wealthy people, Bank of China fastened its step to develop the private
banking business and China Construction Bank stood out among all the banks. Since
beginning to operate the private banking business in 2007, China Construction Bank
took a series of measures to improve its operation system, to disentangle the interaction
relation, by which the foundation of the business has been consolidated, the capability
of operation and management has been improved a lot. Therefore, China Construction
Bank increased its awareness of the strategic position of the private banking business
and developed to occupy the market of this business at a high speed. However, what is
the best way to develop this business What is the properest model of the development
of private banking business which can be consistent with the Chinese national condition,
the policy system and the regulatory environment The answers are worthy of bank
practitioners’ study and exploration. The China’s banking industry should change its
operating model, continuously improve its core competence, and establish a model of
private banking business which can meet with the requirement of international bank
development and display its own characteristic. Only by focusing on the clients and
providing high level clients with professional, exclusive, and individualized accrued
service, will China’s banking industry decrease or even avoid the loss of clients and get
the final victory in the development of private banking business.
