摘要
随着市场经济的高速发展,企业开始重视人力资源管理,开始意识到要想在行
业竞争中具有绝对优势,就必须激发员工的潜能和才智,这样的企业才更具有活力。

而在企业人力资源管理过程中,对员工的激励则突显出其重要性。激励是企业人力
资源管理的重要环节,也是其重要内容之一,是企业发展的关键所在。科学的激励
机制对于企业调动员工的积极性,培养员工对企业发展的责任感和使命感有着非凡
的意义,因而,企业要想发展,就必须建立起科学有效的激励机制。在当今的经济
环境下,越来越多的企业已经把员工激励作为公司管理的战略性问题,而员工激励
不足将对企业的管理有着重大影响。

本文首先通过对国内外激励理论的相关文献和成果的理论综述,阐述激励的内
涵及原则。之后选择 SM 机械制造公司的员工激励体系作为研究对象,运用一系列
科学的研究方法,分析该企业的员工激励体系的现状,在此基础上总结出该体系中
存在的问题,分析原因,并在该分析基础上为 SM 机械制造公司的发展需要设计适
合的员工激励模式,并依据该模式提出具体的解决对策和相关措施,从而进一步增
强该公司在市场当中的竞争力。与以往激励方面的研究成果相比,针对 SM 机械制
造公司激励体系所作的研究更具实际性和实用性,一方面研究的对象具有典型性和
代表性,另一方面研究的结果可为同等类型的企业提供关于激励问题的建设性解决
方案。

通过对 SM 机械制造公司的研究得出以下结论,企业的员工激励体系对企业的
发展起着至关重要的作用,在制定和实施激励制度的过程当中,企业应该站在员工
的角度,从员工的具体需求出发,需求不同,激励对策也应该有所不同,这样才能
提升企业的市场地位。

Abstract
With the rapid development of market economy,an increasing number of enterprises
have begun to attach great importance to human resources management. The potentials and
talents of employees must be stimulated if enterprises prevail great odds,which can create
more dynamic enterprises. Incentives as the core content of the human resource
management have become the key business success. Therefore,in modern economic
environment,more and more enterprises have perceived incentives of employees as the
strategic issue of management. However,the imperfections of employee incentives will
have great bearings on business management.
Firstly, in this paper,the research try to understand the meaning and function of
incentive through the theoretical overview of domestic and international literature. And
then, the author take the incentives of workers in SM Engineering Co. Ltd as example,
mainly diagnoses the incentive issues of the company,finds out the reasons causing the
incentive problems, carries out an in-depth analysis on its employee incentive problems,
applies related theoretical knowledge and some methods such as questionnaire to do
related researches,and puts forward targeted incentive measures so as to enhance the
competitiveness of the company in the market.
Compared with the former related findings, this research is much more useful and
practical. On the one side, the subject is typical. On the other side, the result of this
research could provide references of employee incentives for the similar enterprises.
According to the research on SM Engineering Co.ltd, I got the following conclusion.
Incentive measures play important roles in the development of a company. During the
process of making and carrying out the rules, a company should base on the different needs
of different employees.
