供应链管理是当前国际企业管理的重要发展方向,也是我国企业管理的发展方向。
而库存管理是供应链管理的重点,是企业成本管理的重要组成部分。库存对企业的生产
计划、营销策略、资金利用、服务水平等方面有着重要影响。特别是对于项目型企业来
说,科学正确的库存管理方法,可大大提高库存的流转速度和资产周转率,从而显著的
提高企业的经济效益。
M公司属于典型的项目型企业,公司产品品种多批量单一,生产周期长,对资源
计划、成本控制与交货期控制要求高,库存物料种类多而杂,因而对库存的管理提出了
很高的要求。如何根据项目公司的特点,进行合理有效的库存控制,是M公司现在急
需解决的问题。
本文基于库存理论,釆用理论分析与案例分析相结合的研究方法,对M公司库存
管理问题展开研究。论文沿“分析现状一提出问题一分析问题一解决问题的思路展开,
首先介绍了库存管理的基本理论,包括库存管理的基本原理,库存管理的基本模型以及
零库存的概念、产生和实现方式。其次以M公司库存问题为研究对象,将现代库存管
理方法与M公司实际情况相结合,从库存余料、安全库存、供应商交货等方面分析出
M公司库存管理面临的问题。之后,从SAP系统、项目特性、信息共享等方面剖析了
M公司库存管理问题的影响因素。在此基础上,从公司内部管理和外部运作两方面提
出了 M公司库存管理的优化建议。
论文研究对M公司的库存管理优化具有直接参考价值,对同类项目型企业的库存
管理优化具有参考作用。

Inventory Management Status and Optimization Recommendations for
Company M
Abstract
Supply chain management is one of the most important trends in current international
business management as well as China's enterprise management, in which inventory
management is the key of all and also one of the important parts in enterprise cost
management. Inventory has great influence on production planning, marketing strategy,
capital utilization; service level, especially for project-oriented enterprises, scientific proper
inventory management can greatly improve the speed of inventory turnover and asset
turnover, and thus significantly improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
M Company is a typical project-oriented enterprise featured by vast product varieties,
long production cycle,having high demand for resource planning, cost and delivery, thus
make inventory management more important than ever. According to these characteristics of
M company, it has become an urgent problem to solve for M company to have a reasonable
and effective inventory control system.
Based on inventory theory,theoretical analysis and case analysis combining research
methods, studies have been made on the inventory management of M Company. This paper
follows the steps of Current Situation analysis-problems-problem analysis-solution,
discusses the basic theoryofinventory management, includingthe basic principlesmodeland
the concept ofzero inventory, product in,and implementation.Next, it took M company
inventory problemsfor the study with themoderninventorymanagement methods applied to its
actualsituation and analyzing the problems of M company is now facing from residual
material, safety stock and delivery from suppliers. Then it discusses the factors that have
influence the inventory management of M company from the aspect of SAP system,the
project features,informationsharing5and analysis of the factors. On this basis, it offers solution
for optimizing the company's internalmanagement and external operation.
This thesison theoptimizationof M company'sinventorymanagementhas reference value,
for the similarproj ect-based enterprises and can be applied to the similar cases.
