本论文在介绍企业管理创新相关理论,分析国内外企业管理创新实践的基础上,
从神华北电胜利能源有限公司企业管理的现状出发,运用文献研究法、案例研究法、
比较研究法和调查研究法等研究方法,从观念创新、组织创新、制度创新、生产管理
创新、人力资源管理创新、管理信息系统创新和企业文化创新七个方面进行深入研究,
分析存在问题,提出创新企业管理理念、完善现代企业系统化结构、深化企业制度创
新、强化生产管理创新、注重人本管理创新、构建企业管理创新体系、创新企业发展
文化七个方面的管理创新对策措施。
本论文基于科学的管理创新理论为神华北电胜利能源有限公司提出可行的企业
管理创新实施方案,可供同行业企业参考借鉴。

Abstract
Management innovation is the new management elements (such as new management
methods, new management tools, new management models, etc.) or combination of
elements to more effectively achieve organizational objectives of management innovation,
by enterprise management system. Through the implementation of innovative management,
enterprise can greatly enhance the management efficiency, improve economic efficiency,
and enhance market competitiveness, reduce transaction costs, achieve sustained and
healthy development. Currently depressed coal market conditions seriously affect the
development of the coal industry, as a coal mining enterprise in Shenhua beidian victory
Energy Co.Ltd. how to minimize the impact of the market environmental, and break a new
road with sustainable and innovation development, that need study the theory and
problems of enterprise management innovation deeply, and need bold and practical
exploration of enterprise management innovation.
Based on the introduce enterprise management innovation theories and the analysis of
the innovation of enterprise management practice, from the enterprise of status starting,
This papers uses literature research method, case research method, compared research
method and investigation method, from concept innovation, organization innovation,
system innovation, production management innovation, human resources management
innovation, management information systems innovation and enterprise culture innovation
seven aspects for in-depth research, therefore it provides the management innovation in
seven aspects countermeasures: analyzing the existing problems, putting forward the
innovation enterprise management concept, improving the modern enterprise systematic
structure, deepening the enterprise system innovation, paying attention to humanistic
management, building enterprise management innovation system and innovation of
enterprise culture.
