融资租赁是一种新型金融工具,兼具融资和融物双重职能,以融物的形式达到融

资的目的,除了具有其他金融工具的特点还有其自身特点。从风险的控制角度来说,也

具有着不同于银行、证券、保险等其他金融领域的识别、度量和控制的方^;。

本文简要概述了国内外融资租赁现状、融资租赁的相关概念、风险和风险管理的

含义以及融资租赁在印刷业的发展与应用,主要研究了 AHP层次分析法在融资租赁企

业的实际应用,希望能通过此法增加融资租赁企业在评估、管理承租人的信用风险时的

手段,借以降低融资项目的部分风险。

本文以“概念一理论一实际”的研究方法,创新性的将AHP层次分析法应用于融

资租赁承租人的信用风险分析与管理,为融资租赁在项目实际的风险管理操作中提供了

更加科学合理的管理工具。

—Analytic Hierarchy Process application example analysis

Abstract

As a new kind of Financial tools, Financial Leasing has both function of financial

property and financing, and to achieve the purpose of financing by a form of financial

property. Besides other financial tools' features Financial Leasing also has its own unique

features. From the point of risk control, Financial Leasing also has its special method to

identify, measure and control risks which is different with Banks, Insurance, Securities and

other financial sectors.

This thesis briefly describes the current status of financial leasing inside and outside

China, the corresponding concepts of financial leasing, the meaning of risk and risk control as

well as the development and application of financial leasing in printing industry field. This

thesis mainly focus on the researching of the actual application of Analytic Hierarchy Process

into financial leasing, the purpose is to strength the evaluation and management on lessee's

credit risk during financial leasing company's normal business and to low down the risk of

financial leasing projects.

Concept-Theory-actual application,,is this thesis' research method, apply the AHP

module into the analysis on lessee's credit risk during financial leasing is an innovative

research which will provide a more scientific management tool into actual financial leasing

project's risk management-
