医疗服务质量是医疗服务组织管理的基础和核心,医疗质量评估是医疗质量管理中

的一项重要手段和重要组成部分,对医疗质量进行正确的评估,日益被医院管理者重视。

在医疗质量中,危急值管理在医疗机构管理中越来越被重视。如何评估医疗卫生机构内

危急值管理质量、提高危急值管理效率,从而体现医疗卫生机构医疗活动质量水平,减

少医疗纠纷和医疗事件成为医院管理者面前亟待解决的课题。因此,本文的研究在医疗

质量评估领域具有重要的现实意义。本论文采取理论分析与实证分析、定性分析与定量

分析相结合的方法,运用质量管理评估方法和管理工具,在明确本论文研究的目的和意

义并分析国内外研究现状的前提下,建立起一套较为科学的危急值管理综合评估体系。

首先,本文在对医疗质量管理、危急值管理进行系统分析的基础上,界定了危急值的内

涵,明确了危急值管理质量评估适用于常见的医疗质量综合评估法。其次,通过文献分

析明确了危急值常用的衡量。第三,在分析危急值管理流程的基础上,构建了危急值管

理评估指标体系,请专家对指标存在的合理性和权重提出意见,确定最后的指标并测算

出相应的权重。第四,根据本论文上述研究的结论,对权重较高和较低指标的进行分析。

第五,以XH医院为实证分析对象,对其危急值管理现状进行了系统的分析,得出了我

国医疗卫生机构建立危急值管理体系可借鉴的若干经验。最后,对本文的研究结论进行

了总结,对本文研究时未及之处进行了展望。

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of cirtical value and

Its Application in XH Hospital

Abstract

Medical service quality is the basis and core of medical service organization

management of medical quality evaluation is an important means of medical quality

management and an important part of the right over the quality of medical evaluation, more

and more taken seriously by hospital managers. In the medical quality, critical value

management is more and more attention in the management of medical institutions. How to

evaluate the medical and health institutions within the critical value management quality,

improve the efficiency of management of critical value, which represents the quality of

medical institutions of medical activities, reduce the medical disputes and medical events in

front of hospital managers need to be addressed. Therefore, this thesis research has important

practical guiding significance.

This paper adopts theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, combining qualitative

analysis with quantitative analysis, the method of applying quality management assessment

methods and management tools, clear the purpose and significance of this thesis research and

analysis of research status at home and abroad, set up a critical value of the management more

scientific comprehensive evaluation system.First of all, this article on management of medical

quality management, the critical value based on the analysis of the system, defining the

meaning of the critical value, has been clear about the critical value management quality

assessment is suitable for common medical quality comprehensive evaluation method.

Secondly, through literature analysis has been clear about the measure of the commonly used

critical value. Third, based on the analysis of the critical value management process,

constructs the evaluation index system of critical value management, ask an expert opinion on

the rationality of the existence and weights are put forward, and calculates the corresponding

weights are determined the final. Fourth, according to the above research conclusion, this

paper analyze the weight of high and low index. Fifth, XH hospital as the object of empirical

analysis, the critical value management present situation has carried on the system analysis,

obtained the medical and health institutions to establish management system can use for

reference the experience of a number of critical value. Finally, the research conclusion of this

paper is summarized, the related problems for the future research are prospected.
