摘要

目前塑料配混市场竞争日趋激烈,各个厂商都力图按照自己的战略布局尽早将产品

投放到市场,已到达抢占市场份额的目的。因此塑料配馄工厂项目一旦立项,就会有明

确而严格的项目进度计划要求,而且通常都很紧张。由于塑料配混工厂项目有多条路径

并行开展,且各个路径之间有着互相制约关联,而在实际运用传统的项目进度管理方法

的执行过程中,由于各路径的进度存在的差异性,经常存在关键路径不断变化,甚至项

目严重延期的问题,造成难以挽回的损失。

针对塑料配混工厂面临的问题,在项目的进度计划管理中应用关键链项目管理

(CCPM)技术,解决基于资源约束的项目进度管理难题。本文针对塑料配混工厂项目过

程,充分考虑到了资源约束、人的行为因素和各种的不确定因素的影响,具体应用关键

链的技术,采用启发式算法计算出关键链,并应用弹性系数法来确定缓冲区,构建出关

键链模型,并且通过建立缓冲管理机制来对整个项目进度进行动态管理。

本文的主要创新点是将关键链技术应用到塑料配混工厂项目进度管理中。关键链的

设计运用了MS Project软件,缓冲区的设置釆用了风险弹性系数法,使项目进度计划更

具有可控性和可操作性。到目前为止,还没有关键链技术在塑料配混工厂项目中的应用

案例,因此本文的研究具有现实的意义。

Study on Plastic Compounding Plant Project Schedule Management

Based on CCPM

Abstract

Nowadays,in order to reach the purpose of the grab market share, all the manufacturers

are trying there best to launch their products into the market as soon as possible according to

their strategies, since tahe plastic compounding market competition is increasingly fierce. So,

once the plastic compounding plant project starts, the project has very clear and strict time

schedule, and it is very tight as well normally. As in the plastic compounding plant project,

there are many activity paths which are mutual interlocked and carried out synchronously.

While In the reality of using traditional project schedule management methods,since the

actual performance of activity paths are different, the critical paths are changed frequently and

project schedule might be seriously delayed sometimes, which causes incredible loss.

Aiming at the problem of the plastic compounding plant project schedule management

and taking all the considerations of resource restrictions, People's behavior and uncertain

factors,we solve the difficult problems by using CCPM which is based on resource

constriction.This thesis will aim at the plastic compounding plant project process,and apply

the specified CCPM technology,and use the heuristic arithmetic to calculate the Critical

Chain,and use the Flexibility Coefficient Method to define the Buffer, and manage the

project schedule dynamicly in real time by building the buffer manage mechanism.

This thesis intends to apply CCPM technology creatively into the project's management

practice for plastic compounding processing. We utilize MS Project software into CCPM

design and adopt risk elastic index method to design the buffer area in order to optimize the

management for the progress into more controllable and practical. There is none of CCPM

application practice into plastic compounding processing project so far, which provide a

practical meaning into the research covered by the work.
