摘要

精益生产理论,起源于20世纪50年代日本著名汽车品牌丰田的管理方式,经过半

个世纪的演变及发展,在全球范围内的运输、军工、医疗等各个行业及领域得到了推广

并收效显著。它彻底颠覆了近百年来大批量生产企业的管理模式,如今企业发展更为注

重节能减排、低碳环保,深入了解进而熟练运用精益生产理论成为了一门必修课。

阿尔斯通生产系统简称APSYS,作为全球500强公司之一的法国阿尔斯通公司在其

交通运输业务板块所推行的精益生产方法在全球个工厂进行推行。上海阿尔斯通交通设

备有限公司简称SATC0,作为其在我国城市轨道交通车辆整车生产领域唯一的合资公司,

也在推行APSYS体系的过程中取得了一定的效果。但由于文化及工厂规模等的差异也突

显出了较多不适应的现象。

为了使SATC0在中国轨道交通市场上获得生存和更好的发展,在推行APSYS原有方

法和工具的基础上结合本企业的实际情况,基于并应用精益生产相关理论使得阿尔斯通

生产系统在SATC0的应用更为精益化、本土化的试点推行。以持续改进和全员参与为核

心,通过试点推行精益5S、IE、合理化建议、5分钟会议、多技能评估表、采购精益化

等措施取得了比一味延用APSYS方法时更好的改进成果。在质量、成本、交付、环境、

健康、安全等各项指标上取得了显著的改善。为今后在SATC0全面推行精益化APSYS进

行了有益的探索。这些精益生产方法和思路对于我国同类城市轨道交通车辆生产制造企

业实施精益生产和改善活动具有重要的借鉴意义。

Research and application on Lean production theory in SATCO

Abstract

Lean production theory, emergence in the 20th century 50's Toyota Production System,

after half a century of development has in the global automotive, aerospace, defense,

electronics, services and other industries are implemented and achieved one miracle after

another. It completely changed the way high-volume production over the past century mark

left by the enterprise. In energy conservation, energy, efficiency, environmental protection is

recognized as social and business trends of today, lean production theory is bound to be more

widely spread and applied.

Alstom production system referred to APSYS, one of the world's top 500 companies of

the French company Alstom transport business segment in its implemented lean production

methods were introduced in the global factories. Shanghai Alstom Transport Equipment Co,

referred to SATCO, as part of its urban rail transit vehicles, the only areas of vehicle

production joint venture, also in the process of implementing APSYS system has achieved

some results. However, due to cultural and other differences in plant size was more suited also

highlights the phenomenon.

In order to SATCO rail transport market in China to survive and better development in

the implementation of APSYS Existing methods and tools based on the combination of the

actual situation of the enterprise, based on the theory and application of lean manufacturing

production system allows Alstom SATCO application in a more lean, the localization of the

pilot implementation. Made than merely continue to use its methods and improve lean better

results. Quality, cost, delivery, environment, health, safety and other indicators made a

significant improvement for the future full implementation of lean APSYS in SATCO.
