PMX公司成立于2002年,注册资本约7600万人民币,致力于伺服驱动设计、

生产与销售供应商,±要研发基于交流伺服技术而派生的各类控制系统,为整机制造

商提供控制单元、产品、售后服务与技术支持。

自2000年以来,中国缝制机械行业电子电控领域进入了一个快速发展的状态,

在众多电控产品企业中,PMX公司依靠其技术优势和质量稳定、服务领先的经营

策略,稳稳占据了中国缝制机械行业电控领域领头羊的位置。可是,随着行业结构调

整及国内其他电控企业纷纷扩张,PMX公司应该如何调整其竞争战略,应对其他电

控企业的挑战。

本文从首先对PMX公司外部环境进行分析,指出PMX公司正处在一个非常的

经济政治环境中,并且处于成长期。其次对PMX公司的内部情况进行分析,指出研

发、计划是PMX公司的战略环境,明确研发团队下的技术品牌产品是企业的核心竞

争力,并总结出PMX公司如何把握外部机会以及如何应对外部威胁。最后,对PMX

公司的战略选择和战略实施进行分析。对PMX公司的未来战略选择和实施提供了一

些个人看法。

Abstract

Shanghai Powermax Technology, Inc. was established in 2002. The registered capital

is 76million. It is tiie enterprise mainly contribute to designing, producingand sales of

different kinds of industrial sewing machine servo control systems. It supplied control unit,

products, after-service and technical support for sewing machine manufactories.

The electronic control field of China Sewing Machinery Industry has entered the

fantastic developped age since 2000. Powermax relies on its technological advantage and

business strategy called stable quality and service leader, dominating the higher position in

electronic field of China Sewing Machinery Industry.With the industry structure

adjustment and expansion of other domestic enterprises, how does Powermax improve its

strategy and meet other competitor's chanllenges

This Article firstly make the analysis from external enviroment of Powermax to point

out that Powermax is now in the developping period of economic atmosphere. Secondly,

its indicate R&D and scheme is the key competitiveness how to catch the external

opportunties as well as how to handle threatens from internal enviroment of Powermax. In

conclusion, this article focus on Powermax strategic option and execution, providing a

series of system solutions in the ftiture.
